Fell for their 'special' offer of 4…
Fell for their 'special' offer of 4 fillet steaks for £10, as I was having a BBQ I ordered 3 packs. When they arrived the total weight was1.5kg, so £20 per kg for tiny pathetic steaks. My fault for giving them a second chance, my first order of a 6-7kg fillet of beef only weighed 5kg, luckily I weighed it on delivery as I had heard rumours about them short weighting and they replaced it.

We’re very sorry you weren’t happy with your order. From looking at your order you had ordered our Special offer Sirloin steaks which are advertised in the description of the product as each steak weighing between 4-6oz which across 3 packs would give you a total weight of 1.5kg.

Great quality and great price
Great quality and great price. Love that you deliver too. Only reason for lack of a star in the ratings was because no tracking for delivery was given (and it has been in the past) and no one answered the phone or called back when I queried whether I was actually going to receive my delivery (as lack of tracking made me unsure)

Contact especially at weekends is non-existent, knowing they had problems with their tracking app one would expect some form of support! As opposed to a generic email, “saying your delivery will be with you today” Not everyone has the luxury of just sitting indoors on one of the hottest days of the century!!

You can't beat a Brogdale butcher
I was extremely pleased with my first order and if I had to complain, it would be that I ordered minted Barnsley chops and received individual minted chops. They tasted exceptionally good, however. All in all, a very satisfied customer who will order again. Thank you
