After sales service is worth avoiding

After sales service is worth avoiding. Ignored for months despite visiting in branch and emailing. They advertised the car as full service history based on another cars log book. Car doesn't actually have full service history when Honda UK provided the true digital service history. They advertised that they're an AA garage, AA no longer have an affiliation with them. They continuously ignore emails, I recommend you go elsewhere where and avoid dealing with car finance hub. There's much better alternatives.

I bought a Mokka in November 2024

I bought a Mokka in November 2024, no V5c was given, was told by Kris Scarlett that he would get this sorted and i would received the document within 6 weeks. 6 weeks later no sign on the V5c so I rang DVLA and they informed me that no such request had been made, so I contacted Kris, after a few messages he got back to me saying that he had misplaced the document and will send a V62 form to DVLA. 3 weeks later no sign of the document so once again contacted DVLA and what a surprise no V62 has been sent to them. I again messaged Kris and now completely ignoring my messages. He needs to grow some balls and tell the truth. Time wasters!

Avoid like the plague!

I bought a vauxhall mokka from here in May 2024 I paid £9000 in cash so there was no finance. Since having the car from the first week there has been issue after issue with the car. I ring up to get the car fixed under warranty (which by the way 4 months on I still don't have the paperwork for) no one rings you back so you can never get anything sorted with them.

It was MOTd which was dodgy because it needed all 4 new tyres they were all failures and in bad condition.
The rear washer jet has never worked since having the car.
The air con needed to be re gassed and has since developed a leak so that needs fixing.
Was told it had been serviced but 2 months of having the car the service light came on so I paid for a full service.
3 months later the wipers stopped working needed a new wiper motor so paid for that.
4 months on the battery died so it's had a new battery fitted.
The latest thing to go wrong is the timing chain tensioner causing a God awful rattle, my local garage said best to get the timing chain replaced at the same time so get the whole lot done and that will cost £1700 as the engine needs lifting out.
I'm now in contact with Trading standards and will be contacting the AA who these clowns are members of to report the cars are not fit for purpose and certainly not quality assured. My advice is for anyone thinking of buying a car from The car finance hub is don't bother because once they have your money they don't care about you after that.

Extremely disappointing after sales service

I purchased and collected an Audi A4 on 6th April 2024, paying £16,000.

Prior to the sale and during collection the service was very good. Unfortunately, following the sale and collecting the car, the service was non existent!

Firstly, on driving the car home, I noticed there was an issue with the air conditioning not working on the passenger side. I reported the issue on the Monday, the first working day following collection on the Saturday. I was advised someone would get back to me with the address of a local garage I could take the car to be looked at. Nobody got back to me.

Following three emails requesting support with the issue, no replies were received. On three occasions when I called the garage, on each occasion I was advised the manager was either on the sick, or on holiday and emails are not being opened and read.

Secondly, the car was sold with an external warranty included in the selling price and as part of the AA standard policy as advertised with the vehicle on their website. At the time of purchasing the car, I was advised, I would receive the warranty details approximately a week after purchase. I never received any warranty details or communication. (This was mentioned in each email I sent and each call I made).

I have waited over four months for a reply and communication regarding the issue I reported, and the promised warranty for the car I purchased.

Sadly, following the sale of the car, the garage or staff have no interest in providing any customer service or fulfilling the sales contract in terms of the promised warranty.

I would certainly not recommend or purchase from this garage again, and will be contacting the AA car standard and approved code they advertise to be part of.

Wish I’d never found these guys on…

Wish I’d never found these guys on line, they’re all over you when buying but after they’ve had your money they just don’t want to know. I initially had to wait 2 weeks to collect the car as they were waiting on a new part for the roof bars which never arrived. Then they promised to post it on to me when they got it and surprise surprise still nothing.
Then the car started flashing engine codes, I took the vehicle into my local garage for repair only to find out both the Adblue tank and the Eloys tank where both virtually empty ( making the full vehicle check that the garage claims a bit unbelievable in my eyes )
In the end I had to raise a complaint with the finance company to try and get some answers, as you can guess none of this was covered by the warranty. The car has now got another fault with the brake system sensor. Oh and just to add more lies they told the complaint handler that the part did turn up but it was damaged so I am still waiting it’s only been 3 months so far, what an absolute joke this place is. Please be careful dealing with this company.

Well all was good until I'd had the car…

Well all was good until I'd had the car 4 months and it broke down (15/03/24) on a busy motorway, in rush hr traffic.

I got it recovered by the AA to my home address as no garages open.
The next day I contacted the manager ( I think he only works 1 to 2 days a week as I always get auto messages saying hes off until the next week). He leaves his minions to deal with the problem and they have no clue/authority.

So on their request i was told they'd booked it into a garage ( I told them I didn't like this garage).

When I got my car recovered again they hadn't booked it in. The garage could find no fault codes and kept my car 2 days without fixing it because it hadn't been booked in!
Kris then told me I would have to get it recovered to another garage., which is about 10 miles away, at a cost to me!.
I have now missed 5 days of work and had additional expenses. ( I am self employed).

They haven't clarified if I will have my car returned or fixed and have refused a curteosy car.
I will update this as its ongoing....
Honestly what a farce this company is...

Update 20/3/24 I've had to escalate this complaint as at 1130 my car was still not recovered. Later got a call asking me to remove my review, which i won't do.
The guy then hung up on me when I said I won't!.
Honestly? I'm now waiting for them to say the repair is not covered under the warranty.
Please people do what I should have done read these reviews and go elsewhere...

Update. OK so as I expected they say it was my fault and I have to recover the car.However they won't tell me where the car is until I take down the negative reviews!.

So this is going onto the 7th day now with nothing done. They even tried to tell me that the AA and my insurance would cover what they say is me putting petrol Into a diesel engine. I'd had a mobile mechanic and a garage check this and it didn't come back as that!.
I've had stress all week from them and they refuse to take the car back.
So ive had to contact Nissan, the police and a small claims court it is!!.
Oh and I still haven't received the v5

Update 21/03/24
Matt was still withholding the repair garages details until I took the reviews down. ( I have every call recorded, so the proof is there). I took them down but reposted. This is all truth and people need to k ow who they are dealing with.

Honestly? Yes it turned out to be my error but withholding where the garage was and causing me this much stress and costs was not necessary.

You are a nasty, argumentative man Matt and have no social conscience. I regret the day I trusted your company and bought this car. This could have been sorted in a day or so and I wouldn't have had to lose out on a week of wages and had my child disappointed as she missed out on expensive, private lessons.

Staff where amazing from begining to…

Staff where amazing from begining to end. Had a test drive on the Monday paid my deposit and then the car needed an mot so I waited till the following Monday for that to be completed and picked it up then.I love the car and would definitely recommend this company to other people.

Two months later still getting letters from DVLA about road tax on previous vehicle I traded in and they didn’t register the new one in my name messaged the sales guy about it and ignored me so having to sort it at my own cost AVOID

AVOID at all cost!

AVOID at all cost!! such a poorly run company - they are refusing to repay money for a car my uncle did not pick up because he was innocently murdered just hours before he was due to collect his new car. This company has refused to speak to my family after multiple contact from the police services supporting us (to which the company have ignored) through this horrific time. There has been no compassion towards the situation, even thought we let them know less than 12 hours after his murder that he will not be picking the car up, to which they then put the car back up for sale just over 24 hours after his murder. Just goes to show that this company is all for money grabbing rather than doing the ethical thing and having morals towards a grieving family.

Having read other reviews and the responses from the company on here just shows the kind of people who work here and also run this company.

No deposit refund

sorry my opinion is very negative. I made a deposit for a BMW x5. The seller assured me that the car is in perfect condition and very well maintained. when the vehicle was ready, it turned out that the engine had oil leaks, the body parts were in poor condition and the interior of the vehicle bore large signs of wear. manager said I was looking for a problem. and that all his cars are like that, unfortunately I was forced to refuse to buy a BMW x5. I was assured before paying the deposit and after inspecting the car that the deposit would be returned to me within 5 days. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a refund. I only lost money but the seller broke his promises. watch out for this place. maybe I am an individual case but it should be noted that most positive opinions are issued by new users or those who have one or two reviews. probably the seller's answer will be that I did not give account details for the transfer. of course I did it immediately via e-mail. I do not recommend

Great pre and post sale service…

Google reviews reflect this company with more balance. Maybe Trustpilot just attracts complainers. I think the service has been second to none and will be returning for my next car in 2 years.

The car was prepped for me adequately and drives perfectly. However, it is a used car and anything can go wrong at any time.

A week after buying the car I woke up to a flat battery, had it tested and found it needed replacing. A quick call to Kris and agreement to buy the battery and provide recipt. Money wired to me immediately.

Highly recommended…..

Bought a vehicle off them with in a month it was in the garage twice and has still yet to come out the garage. Yet I am stuck in the credit agreement. Disgusting behaviour. Will not use again and will end up in court due to claiming back off the company and them not addressing the problem.

Avoid Avoid !!
I bought a Jeep in may '23 within days it started making a rattling noise, turns out it did not get a cam belt change. Few days in now the "change oil" and tyres one too.
They rely on warranty company to sort the cars they sell but claim will be rejected because issues should have been sorted before sale.
Customer service is non existent, tone of voice, very dismissive. Am now stuck with a £9000 vehicle with all this issues on the screen. The way it's going it will end up in court and I could do with my life before this nightmare ! Even a basic service didn't happen. I wish I had seen this reviews prior. They more honest than those on their website

Purchased a vehicle from Jordan, he seems a nice guy however for future reference “ do as you say” a simple thing like not returning a call shows lack of respect. Had a few problems with car which has been rectified. I would use this company again but would test drive before purchase. On the plus side they did honour there promises.
