Just got a bmw series 1 dealt with jordon 1st class service from start to finish also love this car definitely use this company again also would recommend to my family and friends

The treatment I have had off this company is nothing short of shocking, I was sold a car that had a completely corroded sub frame, the front wheel dropped off 2 weeks to the day of me taking delivery, there was a ‘valid’ MOT on it with no advisory’s but at least 2 of the tyres need replacing. I am still waiting for items that were promised to me on the delivery day of 14th of March 2023. No one at the company seems to be any good at anything other than fobbing people off. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Brought a car from these they was very helpful at first but sold me a car with no log book now car off the rd till I get it payed nearly £7,000 and the advert didn't say there was no log book and was told they have a phone call recorded but never sent me it

So unprofessional, I purchased my 2nd car with them last august, they sold my part Exchange straight away and forgot to fill in the V5 to the new owner, even after they told me not to do it as they had already done it.. I’m now getting demands for parking tickets, threatening with court charges, I’m constantly ringing them for them to help me yet I get robbed off every time. Yesterday I called asking for proof I sold my car to them, they promised to email me straight away and surprise surprise I’m still sat waiting !!

Trading standards are going to have a field day with them !

I got my first car finance from Car Finance Hub; service was excellent . True to their customers and efficient with their service. I am extremely glad I took the chance and choose Car Finance Hub; my application took minutes to be approved, I spoke with a member of the team straightaway after my approved application, they assisted with my choice of car, immediately my chosen car was ready for delivery and thankful my car was delivered on my chosen day and time in a smooth and professional manner.

NO MOT certificate, despite being told it will come with a 12 month MOT... LIED !!!

RADIATOR was empty after every 2 days.. they asked me to fix and they will reimburse me... LIED !!!

No KEYCODE for radio, Won't help me even though I asked.

Numerous phonecalls and emails get IGNORED.

In truth, wish I had kept my old car !!!

***WaRnInG*** STAY AWAY you wouldn't put a plastic bag on your head... DONT GET A CAR FROM THESE LOT !!!

And these other REVIEWS... I think are fake to make them look better, but that's only my opinion.

I took a car from them a month ago, I don't recommend it because I had some problems with them:
-I waited 2 weeks for the car to be ready.

-After those 2 weeks, I received the car, with the rear bumper pushed inside and the driver's door badly painted. I tried to work this out with them, not knowing exactly how much it would cost, they told me it would go to polish and I accepted a compensation of £100 when in fact it costs over £500 to be done well and look like a car.

-The car came with a broken drive shaft and their 3-month warranty is a maximum of 500 pounds and the repair costs much more.

-I asked him to make my v5 on my behalf a few days after my car came. He told me to wait a while because dvla is busy, the month passed, I contacted him and asked him what was happening ... he told me to wait another week, 2 weeks passed and nothing . I have the impression that they also put the wrong address, because the warranty is in the wrong house number. I tried to contact them again but they don't even answer my email.

James helped me to get a car of my choice. He was so helpful, got back to ny quiries straight away was really polite and went out if his way for me. Would definitely recommend this company.

I decided to give this company a try after having no luck with others. Am I glad I did.
James went above and beyond expectations in sourcing me a loan with what for me with a bad credit history a very good rate. Getting my car sorted out. Giving me great advice which in the end as saved me a lot of money.
The only regret I have is that I was unable to thank him personally when I collected my new car as he was working from home on that particular day.

After many attempts trying to purchase a bigger car for my expanding family, but being declined over & over again due to poor credit James really came through for me. James found & secured a SUV within a couple hours, even agreed to part exchange my old vehicle with outstanding finance & damage. Purchase was finalised the next working day. Emma is simply a star, I had looked at a couple of big name car supermarkets and had my email inquiry ignored, I saw a car at car finance hub and Emma like the magical fairy that she is waved her magic wand and the car appeared on my doorstep, well OK not quite, but as a company I found Car Finance Hub is be totally professional, I felt like a valued customer from the first communication to the delivery, damn even the delivery guy was a nice guy, so can I recommend them, I can honestly say yes, Emma and no doubt the rest of the team. From first inquiry to delivery was a matter of days, the price of the vehicle I purchased was actually below the prices of the big car supermarkets.
