I have to agree with the below review from AR. A lot of the psychics on there are pretty fake and feed off information you give them . I don’t really give any info and some just talk in riddles others pick up on the dynamic sometimes but not always . I have also tried nearly all from those rates 4.7 to 5 star . Not much difference in quality . Out of all of them Val is the most decent and doesn’t feed off information given to her. The best way is to not give any info and if they start mentioning random things just end it. They all say strong connection it’s like they have a script . It’s quite frustrating when you pay and get rubbish

I’ve been getting readings from The…
I’ve been getting readings from The Circle since 2019, initially during a breakup with my now ex. Over the years, I’ve spent thousands of pounds hoping for clarity and accurate predictions—not just about one person, but multiple different people I’ve dated since. Sadly, none of the long-term predictions ever came true. I kept returning, thinking maybe it was just one particular reader who got it wrong—but no, I’ve tried multiple psychics across the platform and had the same experience.
Some readers, like Jera, would tell detailed stories about what my ex was going through and give specific timelines—only to shift them once the time passed. At one point, I was told I’d be back with my ex, then later told I’d meet someone new abroad and start a successful international business. We’re now in 2025, years beyond those predictions, and none of it ever happened.
Suzi has been the only one to get a few things right—but mostly in follow-up readings, where I suspect the accuracy may have come from the earlier context. Even then, positive outcomes she predicted didn’t materialise. Andrew’s readings were very far-fetched and never came true. Magenta, Molly, Tamika, Fran S (has an attitude too & seeks dreams ) Jamie, Mark, Sara P, Leanne, John M, Sara P, Michael ( he feeds off of what you tell him & if you don’t he ends the call), Tricia (she ends the call quickly so you don’t give her a negative review) & Lianne also gave predictions that went nowhere. Seth sometimes catches the early dynamic between people well, but even his short-term predictions are hit or miss.
What’s most disappointing is the platform itself. I’ve left honest reviews that were deleted, which damages trust. Psychics have responded in ways that felt gaslighting, twisting how the reading actually went—yet there’s no option for me to reply or share screenshots or voice notes for context. It’s also very telling that most predictions come with 3+ month timelines—by then, you’re unable to leave a review on the site, which feels quite strategic.
The discount that’s given, different readers have different rules for it even nowhere on the terms of conditions state the one condition they claim. Conversations are ended short before credit is finished and customer service don’t offer refunds and are rude.
In my experience, while a few psychics are decent at reading emotional states or past behaviours, actual prediction and long-term outcomes never panned out. I write this not out of bitterness, but to offer transparency to others. If you’re seeking real insight, I’d urge you to proceed with caution and not rely on these readings to guide your major life decisions.

Fraud!! Lied about their T&Cs when complaining
Terrible experience, the reader got it all completely wrong and when I made a complaint, the complaint handler made up a term that did not exist on their T&Cs. When I asked for a copy of this I was ignored by their online support and then told by email to basically f!! off and did not provide this exact term. They then removed credit that I had paid for without my knowledge or written confirmation, and only today did I get a response after chasing them again, in which they finally confirmed no such term exists!! They then brought up a sum due from 2023 which they have never chased me for and said my account balance is now clear due to my original complaint!!

We’d like to clarify that while TheCircle previously had a gesture-of-goodwill policy, allowing refunds for calls under 5 minutes under certain circumstances, your reading lasted over 13 minutes. As such, the team assessed your case fairly and within our current policies.
As a gesture of goodwill, a refund was applied to your account. However, as there was an outstanding balance from a previous transaction, part of the refund was used to clear that, and the remaining amount refunded directly to you.
We’re confident that this resolution was fair and handled in line with our Terms and Conditions, though we apologise if this wasn’t clearly communicated at the time.
We understand these situations can be frustrating, and your feedback will help us continue to improve how we support our customers going forward.
