Always had a really good spot on reading with answers to my questions, and advice from my parents that wouldn't apply to just anyone. If they were not genuine they wouldn't be able to describe where something is in the house I've misplaced, and described the inside. Have described my parents to a T, once said my mum is surprised she has a black cat, and a relatives black cat died about 3 wks prior, and that the dog was with them, and more.

Ipaid over £30 to speak with a psychic.. who didnt get anything right ..I'm from. Wales and the psychic said that my mother loved Tom Jones ..my mother couldnt stand him nothing ..but I blame myself for being so stupid she asked me about mandy which I do have a sister ..then she said "see how would I have know that " easy it a popular name from my generation... the fact she felt she needed to justify not being a true psychic..I went to see tarot reading in the market who is word and mouth and the first words out of his mouth I was like wow !! This cost me £50 and everything was spot on

I submitted an application for a position as a tarot reader and successfully progressed through the majority of the interview process. I was asked to perform a 15-minute test tarot reading over the phone without specific instructions on how to approach it. I conducted the reading in my usual manner, drawing upon my three-plus years of tarot reading experience. I was informed that I'd receive a response within 48 hours regarding my application status, but when that didn't happen, I followed up.

In response to my follow-up, the Business Support Manager expressed uncertainty regarding the quality of my initial reading and suggested the possibility of conducting another test reading with guidance to which I agreed to accept the guidance and conduct another test reading.

During this subsequent communication, I was informed that I should not disclose the specific tarot cards drawn during a reading, which struck me as an unconventional practice within the realm of tarot reading. I sought clarification on this matter, prompting the explanation that it was necessitated by customers dwelling on negative aspects of the cards and "strict Phone-paid Services Authority regulations." When I further questioned what regulations exactly were they following so I could better understand their business practices I was met with a response stating "I won’t be giving any more time in clarifying anything for you with regards to naming Tarot cards. I have outlined why we do this and what guidelines we adhere to but I cannot afford any more time on this. We have operated this way for 25 years and we are not going to be changing our policies."

The outlines as to why this is done and the guidelines were not actually explained through my email conversation and I've been dismissed entirely. While I felt my emails were very professional, I was met with rude answers and one-lined emails.

Furthermore, beyond these concerns, the rate of pay for those who work on this website is 25% of what's paid by clients. Assuming there is a consistent flow of clients, there would be significantly diminished income for tarot readers and other psychics on the platform, with the majority of the earnings retained by TheCircle.

I have been "thecircle.com" customer since 2008. My readings from various Readers and throughout the years have been good. Many choices of readers. I choose the readers based on my specific issues and who I would drawn to the most by their profiles. I always received good guidances and clear readings. The Readers that I've chosen were truly gifted!

My experiences with their customer service were top notch supportive, polite and friendly! I can support this statement because I have been working in customer service field for over 25 years. I can tell the different between genuine frustration, and just out right abuse! People in CS are human and have feelings too! Watch your use of words and tones. Had readings with Dawn from 2021 -2023 very good

Normally I would give 5 stars as I’ve never had a really bad experience, not every prediction has come true, but some have. I just take what is useful, go with my gut feeling and take the rest with a pinch of salt.
I get confused as I talk to one person about a situation and they say one thing, yet another person says another, so who do you believe.
The website used to be good in that you could send readers messages, get extra minutes for readings (e.g for 30 mins you get an extra 3 etc)and also if reader was busy, you could go in a queue and you know where you were (not now, it’s hit or miss if reader is free when you go to their site) if a reader messages you, we can’t even respond to that (I think it’s so we have to call, spend money, but sometimes we don’t need a response, just want to send a message without speaking to anyone.
Also used to get free mins, offers e.g £4.99 for 20 mins,£10 voucher for next reading.
Am a bit disappointed with the service now, Whilst the chat option customer service lady did her best to help, neither her nor I can change system. Can’t even message regular psychic I speak to and say I’m not coming back to this website

I used to have readings with a Reader called Dawn in 2002 but not anymore!
It is very hit and miss and its important to find a Reader who's genuine and not after your money!
It's also important to find a Reader who helps you feel empowered and optimistic about the future!
I had a crush on a colleague so I asked Dawn about this guy and whether it would lead to anything.
Dawn predicted I would end up having a relationship with this guy and I would end up being in a committed relationship with him!
None of Dawn's predictions for relationships came true and the colleague she described as being head over heels for me turned out to be false as he ended up marrying someone else!
I felt really hurt, disappointed. Depressed and made a complete fool of myself as I thought the feelings were mutual.
This is what Dawn led me to believe!
I had egg all over my face and was the laughing stock of the staff room as the word got out I liked my colleague!
I wasted so much money having readings with Dawn which didn't mount to anything!
This also had an impact on my mental health. These readers need to realise they shouldn't mess with people's minds and give people false hopes!
Dawn still works for the circle but I avoid having readings with her!
I also stopped using the Circle to take some time out. This gave me space as it can become quite addictive having readings!
I've got my confidence back as there are some excellent readers who now work for the circle that can really tune into situations and give accurate insights and visions.

Awful!!!!!! I hate this place so much now. They send me letters constantly and when I call i am unable to use them. The customer service is always appauling. A lady today said “it’s nothing to do with our end. It’s your actions”. Because I Accidently opened a seperate account when I was having a severe mental health crisis and forgot my original details. I remember sitting on the edge of bridge ringing this place to talk to someone for help. It was an accident.

Not too bad hit or miss
1st reading I got was from Andrew & he picked up on my situation very quickly, told me the same more or less as another reader I had a few days earlier where as I got another reading from Maraya rose & she didn’t pick up my situation at all, did say 1 thing the same as the others but rest seemed to be made up as she went along, asks for DOB when it is already in my profile. Told me stuff which I don’t think was near anywhere I was asking. You get some good readers & some bad 1s, just got to spend lots of money to see who is real & who is fake in The circle but I don’t recommend using maraya rose. Also when you look at the review names on their comments a lot of them are the same username that gives good reviews,

It can be hit or miss with the intuitive counselors on the circle. You can pretty much tell within the first few words whether you should end the call. The last counselor that I had was absolutely fantastic. And she really helped me through a snag. Everything was on point and she was a combination of sharp kind and visionary.

This is the best psychic readings company by far, The service was wonderful, very kind and polite, The reading i had came true, which was amazing, i would recommend using this site for your predictions to come true.

This is one of the best if not the best psychic line, I have used many psychics over the years and its very important that you manage your expectations before having a reading. for example: readers are giving you information based on your past and present situations, this is because readings are for spiritual guidance, no one not even god himself is there to tell you what to do, that is called free will and in my opinion the whole point to being alive, however being able to reflect on your past mistakes, and being given help to make sense of your present situation will help you to make better choices when future events pop up. A psychic cant make things happen, no one can but yourself. they can only guide you and support you. i have read many reviews on here and from what i can make out people are expecting miracles from these people and thats simply unfair. A good psychic of which there are many on the the circle, will not tell you that anything is written in stone, they will use their gifts to help you. they are empathic and supportive, gentle and spiritual people. we all have talents, a plastic surgeon for example gets paid a lot of money for their talent. Footballers, also are paid huge amounts of money to kick a ball around.
Psychics are also very talented people and are also entitiled to earn money doing what they are good at. There are also a lot of people working really hard in the background of the company who are not psychics, but they are there to make sure you are able to reach a psychic around the clock 24 hours a day 7 days a week. In the old days you would have find your own psychic, research them yourself, travel to whereever they are, and pay for a whole hour even if you only needed 10 mins and thats only if you actually manage to get an appointment because good readers are always booked up. Now all you need to do is push a button and youre connected. I work for a very large financial organisation, and dealing with the public gets harder and harder, as people seem to get ruder and ruder. People dont request anymore they demand, and they want everything for nothing too! If you dont want to pay for a service then dont use it, and if youre not prepared to do the work on the self then a reading wont help you. if you are however open to receiving constructive, compassionate advice from whatever source your reader gets it, (spirit, tarot, runes etc) then you are likely to have the best experience. a reading is about two people, the reader and the customer, and you are both responsible for making the experience enjoyable and rewarding.
I wont recommend individual readers on here because I dont think thats fair on the ones ive not tried yet, but i will tell you this, i have always received the very best from the circle and I cant recommend them highly enough. People love to leave bad reviews, but what you need to remember is, these are people who are frustrated with themselves, and their situations, and are lashing out at the ones who are trying to help them. Of course there will be some genuine bad experiences because thats life, and thats what the customer care team are for, they work for you the customer to ensure that any issues are resolved. If youre unsure about it still then my advice is to book in on one of their many trial offers and see for yourself :)

Bad and fake readers: Annette (she is dreadful and will leave you feeling 100x worse), Hira, Lianne, Fran, Darren, Crystal, Soulstar (needs to sort her internet out, and is so bloody fake), Demetrious, Cambiel

I have had so many readings and I hope someone reads this before selecting a reader.

Wanting to update my mobile online,I couldn’t,so rang customer service.
No answer repeatedly.I finally got a rude and offhand middle-aged woman who sounded drunk and out of it,she couldn’t add my landline or mobile and kept accusing me quite aggressively of having already used the number-which was new before me.
Just hung up in the end but they had taken part payment!!

I would like to thank Claire ( one of the Circle's agents ) for her sympathetic and sensitive phone call following the reading which caused me distress .
She helped to restore my faith in the service .
