**BEWARE THIS COMPANY**
I used the service on Oct 30th 2021. I didn’t find it particularly helpful even though I used one of their highest rated readers. I felt I’d been over charged. I kept a stopwatch with me on the call to avoid charges going beyond my budget. My stopwatch didn’t match The Circle’s time measurement. I contacted them however they stuck rigidity to their calculation. I felt I had been over charged according to the method of charging they stipulate.
Therefore I decided this would not be a service I would use again. I asked them to delete the account I had opened immediately and to cancel all future marketing. This got actioned, I believe, whilst I was on the phone to their representative.
It’s now 01/01/22, effectively 2 months later and I’m still receiving unsolicited texts from this company. I keep blocking the sender’s number however they send new texts from new numbers each time.
I am most unhappy with the conduct of this company on several levels.
TAKE SERIOUS CONSIDERATION BEFORE YOU GET INVOLVED.

This is a great site full of genuine, caring and helpful readers and there are lots of special promotions such as free birthday readings which they send to you in your email to redeem for free time on their site. Very kind and generous. Very useful site.

I don't have many readings as the readings are expensive. However, The Circle does offer discounts.
If I had any complains, it would be that most readers are chat based. I am not comfortable with chat readings and I think The Circle should allow both chat/verbal conversations.
As in any profession, there will always be cheats and charlatans. Keep away from readers that you are not comfortable with.

I was very impressed by my reading, the first thing she told me was to uncross my legs, how she knew I was sitting with my legs crossed is beyond me, I was convinced by that alone let alone her getting everything else right & was really sweet & lovely to talk to.

The reading was great did not have to say to give much information at all.She very detailed and kind and funny .She s like talking to a friend. I will call her back.

Customer services are awful when you question the amount of money out of your account they talk over you then put the phone down on you
I stupidly called once over a problem and ended up telling the reader about it
She’s definitely wrote that all done
This is why they ask for your date of birth
After reading comments on here the other day I called back several readers
All sayin the same about the problem I had a few weeks ago (by the way my problem had changed dramatically and not what they were saying)
Please don’t let these scammers take your money they are a awful company
I am in the process of reporting them
So they cannot do this to vulnerable people

After reading previous reviews on here I decided to give it a shot. I signed up with the understanding that the first 10 minutes of my first reading would be £0.29p/min and after a 15 minute reading (the specific reader I had charged £1.20p/min, of which I believed I would be charged after the first 10 minutes) however I later checked my bank that night and almost £14 had been debited. I’m really disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be using the site again which is a shame because the specific reader I had was genuinely okay! She said a few things that meant something to me. So all in all not sure

I spoke to Ramona for my reading and was flabbergasted at how surprisingly acurate she was. I felt so much better about my situation as she helped me see things differently.
I would not hestitate to call her again. She is very talented.

I’ve always had a good experience with company. Some readers I have connected with better than others but haven’t ever felt scammed. The only thing that saddens me is that Abbie no longer works there. She was an amazing reader and a great help to me

I used this app throughout the summer and I spent a lot of money using this app because these people are very good at scamming you. The so called psychics know absolutely nothing. None of the predictions came true. None of them at all. They lie to you by telling you that you have a negative spirit around you and how things are really hard at the moment but they will get better in three months time. BULLSH*T. I was give several dates where my life was supposedly going to change but nothing has happened. THE SERVICES ARE TRASH. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY USING THIS APP. At the end of the reading they ask you to give them a five star review I mean what is even that. 😂 I was stupid enough to belive that their predictions were going to become reality. I spent so much money. I did such a big mistake. DO NOT GO TO THIS WEBSITE. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH. THEY ARE NOT REAL. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. *DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY* They are nothing but liers, and thiefs and vampires that will suck your blood for money til your dry. They will hypnotize you with their wording and with their conning skills by giving you false hope. NOTHING BUT FALSE HOPE. They ask you a question and the second you give them a piece of information they are that good they will take that and create a whole story around it and make you belive that they are picking it up from the spirit world. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. As far as I am concenred this is the shi****est company ever and If I could sue them I would. NOT ONLY HAVE I HAD DIFFERENT PSYCHICS TELLING ME COMPLETE DIFFERENT THINGS ON THE SAME SUBJECT. But I also had the same psychic CHANGING HIS PREDICTIONS WITHIN THE SAME READING. When you call them out they get petty and start acting like complete little brats. When you tell them that theyre not being accurate they take it so personal and act so unprofessional. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY FOLKS. DO NOT BE STUPID LIKE ME.
If anything this company should be closed down by the government for fraud. FRADUSTERS.
I am sure the company is going to reply to saying the generic '' We feel sorry about your experience'' but they never do something about it because they're nothing but vampires that just want your money.

Eleanor N gave me a really good reading and lots of her predictions have come to pass. I just have 2 more predictions that I am waiting for. If they come true I will come back and give her a 5 stars. I have a really good feeling that is will all happen as I’ve already had some signs. There are things that there was no way she could of known. She is definitely gifted.
