Do not be fooled by the positive reviews on here. Recently had a reading with Eileen Bloom where I asked her a specific question to which she kept saying yes, yes the answer is yes!, however it turned out no!!!. No free will involved. Just made up the yes to make me happy and it is fake! I also notice that a lot of the negative reviews have been flagged and then later taken off. My suggestion to people is to keep your money. Whatever happens, happens. Phone psychics are like poker machines, keep putting money in but nothing comes out.Yes she may well have many positive review, however she also has many negative reviews. Oh by the website states "for entertainment purposes only" so if you want to pay $5 bucks per minute for entertainment I would think again.

Even though the company have bad reviews I knew I should just try it out. I’ve never experienced a reading but my first one was absolutely amazing. I had a lady called Lianne and she defiantly gave me the reassurance I needed. My nana who passed away when I was very young came through and she was spot on with everything when I never said a word about the things she mentioned. I always wanted that reassurance from her and she gave me it . I couldn’t wish for a better person to go to regarding this

I have been having readings on TheCircle for 2 years now and know a good reader from a not so good reader. Some just use tarot cards - avoid. Those with a natural ability to tune into spirit are the ones who will give you the truth. Star Clair is my turn to reader, along with Deborah B, Jessica P, Linda P, Tracy J and Annlee.

However the customer service department has gone down hill in the almost 2 years since ive been calling. Having had an 18 minute "chat" reading over the weekend I was left in limbo as the chat got disconnected. I rang customer services for a refund as I only had a partial reading with no outcome or conclusion.

I was appalled by the response I received. I was reimbursed with 5 free minutes. Better than nothing but feel that the almost £30 spent on the chat reading at the weekend was a total waste of money. I was then told that im a regular complainer. I really am not!!! Ive had 1000s of readings and justifiably complained 3 times in that 2 year period. I was disgusted by this comment along with the comment that I regularly fail to pay. Yes. Sometimes I reach a limit on my card without realising. I get a text saying payment not gone through but then I call immediately with other card details and pay off what I owe.

It is terrible service as these calls are not cheap. I have regular readers I speak to but none were available when i needed a reading so gave chat a go.

It does say regularly on chat reviews that disconnections occur, its a risk you take, but when it does happen you should be reimbursed as its a technical fault at their end. I had the same thing happen on Friday but that reading cut off after 4 minutes.

Ive given 4 stars purely to not insult some of the readers i speak to as the readings is what this is about but when you are not happy with something you should be able to call customer services and express your complaint without being told "well it was your choice to do that". Of course its my choice - as it was my choice to complain and ask for a refund. Consumer rights etc. I was really shocked by the response I got from customer services today.

I am a reader myself but not a professional one and would like to think that if a customer rang me with a complaint I would accept the clients view without judgement.

I've been using The Circle for quite some time now & all readers are lovely & compassionate. However, I haven't found any of the predictions come true. They always cover themselves by saying they have "free will" that means to me the reading is a complete waste of money! Anyone can get on there with a pack of tarot cards spread a deck & at the end throw in they have free will. I've yet to find a gifted one to be honest & I have spent a lot of wasted money.
If I found a good one I'd be using them continuously for various situations.

i have been using the Circle for a number of years and apart from Iona M who was always accurate with her predictions not even one readers prediction has come to pass.

All the good readers seem to have disappeared and now you find most of the foreign readers who work on chat only. With chat only by the time they have asked you your name and date of birth which i am sure is already on the system and your question, 3 minutes have already gone by. Then you wait for another 3 to 4 minutes before they reply. Where is the value for money?

Some of the readers require more information like Athena star, i asked about my career and she wanted to know my profession. If she really had true psychic sense she would have been able to guess.

There was Crystal who once had to shout out the question and I head that someone else was shouting the answer to her.

Most readers use tarot cards which I can easily buy with a guide book and learn how to red them myself.

I had a reading with Dale H on the 01/05/2019. This is the second time with Dale, and he is now my favourite reader. He was very accurate and pinpointed the situation to a tee. He is warm and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend him if you are searching for a reader. The company itself are very professional, no quibble if you are unhappy and send lots of little treats too. Perfect!

Dale H was an excellent genuine honest reader and gave a very accurate reading so please do not hesitate to choose him to give you a reading if you are choosing 😊

The Circle have a lovely support team working for them - always friendly and quick to resolve an issue. The readers on the whole are insightful. There have definitely been those who are more accurate than others, providing a name or very specific look regarding a person I'm yet to meet. A number of predictions have come true for me in the past with certain readers. These predictions were very specific and things that I never would have guessed would happen to me so I'd forget about it, and then a few months later it would come to pass. There are many readings that haven't come true also. I've tried various readers out over time to see who resonates with me within the Circle, and I'm glad I did. I have a couple that I talk to a few times a year. My experience is that the best readers don't need to ask me questions except for the area I'd like to talk about (ie career, family, love, etc) and that's all, and then they just say it like it is. Also, I've spoken to readers through other companies, and The Circle has always come across as the best, most professional customer service in comparison to the others.

Avoid. Do not waste your money.

I had a very bad experience with the Circle. The psychic I was speaking to taunted me because I suffer from anxiety. I gave her a bad review on the company's website, but they removed it, so there is no point in them having a rating system when they just fix it.

I complained to customer service but they never got in touch with me, not caring about the distress I was caused.

I booked
a 20 minute reading, I set a timer for 20 minutes and then I as charged for an extra 1 1/2 minutes. I was very disappointed soI dont think I will ever phone back.

The idea of being able to chat to a psychic is phenomenal, this is if they are genuine. I honestly thinks the circle trains their "psychics" to produce generic results, i found this being the result after the handful of times I've contacted the psychics.

Problems:
1. I usually communicated with the psychics via phone call, as you may know the phone charges per minute at the rate in which the psychics has set the cost. I found when starting the call, the psychics like to waste time, most of them talk and talk and talk just so they earn more the longer you are on the phone, usually the question asked is not answered.

2. I've personally met talented psychics, honestly! And the ones on the circle are no where close to being talented. I've found that the psychics here require more information than they need, it seem like the answers they give are influenced by the story you tell them, almost like guessing work. Although I do believe some may possess a gift but its not strong enough to be deemed as a true "psychic power". In all the readings Ive been in, I've always tried to keep the information I give them to a minimal, to see if they can pick up the core of the problem answer I'm asking for, most of the time I've been given generic answers and also different answers, which begs the question: how many psychics are genuine or fake.

The psychics I used to go to were genuine, i didn't have to tell them my date of birth or name (this seems irrelevant but i understand this may work for some). in most cases I went with a problem and they were able to pick up more than what I had asked for, so for example I could present a problem and they could resolve it or give me a solution and also pick up other problems surrounding me, things that I knew and don't know about. This is what I call a true spiritual gift.

Being a psychic is a spiritual gift that not many posses, ordinary people cannot be trained to be psychics if they themselves are not gifted, it seems like the circle picks anyone up who they deem as "gifted".

The circle Is too expensive for the results they produce and its honestly a waste of money.

Iv been using the circle for in excess of 8 years and spent alot of money. Readings have consisted of both chat and phone readings. I have yet to find a genuine psychic. In all my readings approximately one prediction has come to pass. This, in my view, in light of how much money they have had from me, and their claims to select the best psychics is unacceptable. Iv just tried a new one and hopefully I have found a genuine one. Gingers crossed. Whilst this review is negative, one big positive is the lovely nature of the readers.

The psychics that are available here are just wonderful and far better than the other places I've tried. I would really recommend them.

Would give zero if I could. Don't waste your money on these charlatans!tried many of their so called readers. At least 25 readers and thousands of pounds later and not a single prediction came to pass!!atleast make sure you are good when charging such exorbitant prices for readings! I screenshot some of my readings and it turned out that I was being fed the same rubbish identical stories when comparing my notes! Save your money as they feed off people's vulnerabilities.
