I absolutely love shopping at the Cirkel- both in person and online. The range and quality of pieces is incredible- I've come away with several stunning garments and am always shocked at the markdowns.
They are also constantly restocking so it's always got fresh pieces when I go in!
A great initiative to reduce fashion waste and pick up some absolute gems at the same time. Couldn't recommend more!

Great staff friendly and helpful lots of selection at good prices love the discounts. I have purchased multiple bags all fantastic and saved a fortune and helped the planet a little too. Pre loved is a great way to shop and often things haven't even been used. Best part you can send them back for someone else to love get a voucher for your next choice

Delivery was fast, the team are quick to answer questions via whatsapp and the items arrived in good condition

What incredible pieces they had in, and each lady working in the store were so accommodating, and just lovely to be around! Offering any bit of help/advice! I went into the pop up in Marylebone and found some amazing pieces! Both sales associates were super helpful and fun! I had a great time trying on and getting ideas from the girls on how to style them! No pressure to buy - an absolute must visit if you’re in London! 5 stars and I got some great bargains! I’ve sold and bought multiple items over the past few years, with the cirkel and the team are responsive, friendly and professional. When something hasn’t been quite right, the matter is dealt with fairly and promptly. Prices are very reasonable compared to other consignments and the selection is incredible.

This business hides behind a polished facade, fronted by a reality TV personality, but delivers a customer experience defined by deflection, blame-shifting and a striking lack of professionalism.

If you face an issue with a product - a fault or item not matching its description - don't expect accountability. You're likely to be ignored, dismissed or met with an abrasive, defensive response. The owner reacts confrontationally instead of taking responsibility - a pattern that speaks volumes about the ethos behind the brand.

There is no real customer service here - only surface-level polish masking a refusal to engage fairly with customers. Proceed with caution - or better yet, not at all.

Just a warning to anyone in Europe to absolutely avoid this dishonest company. Goods under the threshold for duties will still be subject to a demand for payment via the carrier they use - even though it clearly states that total costs will be declared at checkout (total at the checkout was zero for duties and VAT) and there is absolutely no disclaimer re/ having to pay carrier fees on the receiving end which is a requirement if charges are to be bourne by the customer for all international transactions for goods from the UK to the EU.

Contact from them is non existent and I've had to email the carrier myself, while refusing delivery until it's sorted. God only knows what state the pants I ordered are in.

I've also scoured online (very hard to find any real reviews initially) to find a load of random reviews re/ items in terrible condition being sold, attempts to return impossible and 'refunds' consist of a credit / voucher for their site only.

Please avoid like the plague

Order number 15993 Ordered two items, nothing arrived for over 10 days. Contacted the company and arranged delivery for this week. Bought two items. A yellow dress which had oil marks over it. A t shirt advertised as size 12 was actually size 16-18
