The Cleaning Warehouse Avis 

Awful customer service, well non existent.
Holding back payment thought goods cancelled on same day due to bad communication from the staff that honestly couldn’t give a monkeys.
Try Lawn and power if you want great customer service and staff that actually try and help.

took a week to receive the item not sure if that was their fault or the delivery company but not a good start

i bought the hybrid genie water fed pole at 22ft

i can only compare to the other 22ft hybrid pole i have a streamline

the water genie is a piece of useless crap its so flexible to the point its totally unusable i asked the cleaning warehouse if it could be returned i have to return the item at my expense its clearly not fit for the purpose it was bought for

Cleaning Warehouse has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced along with the WORST MEMBRANES on the market.
I have bought membranes/filters from ro-man the past 10 years and his membranes come out with with a tds reading of 11 which is great as my resin lasts ages!.
But like an idiot I thought I would try out Cleaning Warehouse membranes to see if I could get the tds reading lower than 11, wishful thinking! The tds reading was 24! I was not happy to say the least so I phoned Cleaning Warehouse to complain, i spoke to a guy called Sonny, he told me to send them back so they could test them, I sent them back that day, he also told me it was a quick turn around lol lol 😂 what a JOKE, 1 week later I call up to find out the progress, he tells me he has tested them and getting a tds reading of 22 and that the membranes are fine, I told him I’m not satisfied with that answer and he said he would send them back to the manufacturer and that he would call me once he had news! Surprise surprise no phone call after a week so I call him and he tells me the manufacturer said the membranes are fine!
Again I’m not happy with the answer so I ask to speak to the manager, Sonny tells me he will get him to call me.
7 days later still no call from the manager, so once again I call Cleaning Warehouse and have to repeat the story before I could speak to the manager, finally this manager called Adam tells me there is nothing they can do and would I like him to send the membranes back to me or bin them! I told him to send them back to me. The cheek of him to say bin them when they have the membranes that I paid £60 for, I’m completely out of pocket, I feel they have ripped me off.
I will have to throw them away as they are USELESS… even my 3 YEARS OLD ro-man membranes that I was going to replace still came out with a tds reading of 20, they are better than the crap cleaning warehouse are selling with a tds reading of 24 which are brand new!
So as it goes I’ve had to buy another 2 membranes and this time I went straight back to ro-man, they have arrived and my tds reading is 11! Yippee.
I will only ever buy filters/membranes from to-man
Cleaning Warehouse will NEVER see another penny from me.
The manager ADAM is arrogant, cocky and extremely unhelpful.
Im amazed he has even made management, my 6 year old could do a better job
It took 3 weeks from start to finish and not once did I ever get a call from Cleaning Warehouse with any updates, I did all the chasing and calling, I knew from the first week the outcome would be bad, I could just tell from the way they handled there business that I would not get a good result but I wanted to see it through out of principal.
I usually would not even bother doing a review but I’m so angered with the situation, I just don’t want anyone else to waste there money on CLEANING WAREHOUSE CRAP MEMBRANES.

DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!!! Liars delivered the wrong jet wash to me and made out I am lying and have swapped the jet wash they are complete cowboys

Rubbish customer service. They screwed up an order of a new pump and board. Sent me a damaged pump board. They claimed it was the delivery driver but it was clearly done before it was sent. A half hearted apology they did send another pump board but I paid them to fit which i then had to do. They just don't care after they have your money. They didn't even offer a voucher or part refund for inconvenience.

If I could I would of left 0 stars. May I warn everybody not to buy replacement RO filters from these people. The ones I purchased gave a higher contamination reading than my 3 year old ones. They were unwilling to resolve the matter and were incredibly rude to me on the phone, they ended up putting the phone down whilst I was talking. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!

I have had many different problems with the company in the past. They overcharge and offer poor customer service.

£2 something delivery to England and some of scotland. £24 for Scottish highlands mainland. RIDICULOUS!!!

Yes i too have issues with this company. There is no customer service. Once they have taken your money they dont care anymore if it doesnt arrive the next working day as promised, its not our problem its the couriers. I recently had a coffee in a cafe and the owner served me the drink and spilt a little in the saucer. He apologised and i told him not to worry, but he brought over a napkin and said, I learnt in America that the customer is king and that todays burger is tomorrows steak. In other words your bread and butter is repeat custom. so i suggest to everyone who deals with this company DONT if you need it the next day DONT believe them when they promise you something. And I suggest to you cleaning warehouse stop with the arrogance and the aggressive attitude and show some respect for your customers and take responsibility for chasing up deliveries because our contract in a court of law is with you not with the courier. Otherwise this time next year you wont be here. Because we will have gone to your competitors. Take a good look at the reviews on here not one of them have a good word to say about you. As a window cleaner with my own business if that was my reviews I would be seriously worried and would take drastic measures to change it and quick.

I ordered an item from this company. I waited in all day on the delivery date and nobody came, I then received an email from the courier saying that they had attempted delivery and posted a card through, (never happened). I emailed the cleaning warehouse to tell them what happened and they argued with me that it was attempted to be delivered. Customer service 101, don't accuse your customers of lying and they didn't even sign their email just left it blank. It is rare for couriers not to bother trying to deliver, but it does happen, not the main company's fault entirely, but 1, trust what your customer tells you or at least pretend to, 2, Use a reputable courier, 3, sign your email, its common courtesy.
