Gift And Gadget Avis 47

I ordered camping gas and two camping heaters on 16 August I received the gas on 19 August now they say they sent it out but they never did I can't even speak to someone it's worked out expensive gas and no heaters.

I ordered a gift for my brother, which was listed as in stock, and express delivery for it to arrive June 17th 2022. But it didn't arrive. The online tracking didn't work, emails were all returned undelivered, their phone number went to a voice message saying it was no longer staffed, and they took days to respond to their online contact form. Then they admitted the item had not been in stock at all. They finally agreed to refund the price BUT STILL EXPECTED ME TO PAY POST AND PACKAGING FOR SOMETHING THEY NEVER SENT ! Atrocious! Don't believe their hype about customer service and don't waste your time! DON'T BUY from them!!

Paid for next day delivery and still have not received anything nearly 3 weeks later. No tracking was possible and when I spoke to them they apologised and said they don't know where my order is and that the product was now sold out and offered alternatives. Still no alternative shipped. Garbage

Having read negative reviews I was a little worried - didn’t need to be. Fast delivery (I opted for next day and it arrived in 2 days which given its christmas is very fair). Exactly what I ordered, perfect quality, excellent price. Happy customer!

Was a bit nervous buying from this store having seen the 2extremes for their reviews, but I was tempted by the price for a game I wanted and so went ahead. Thankfully the game arrived promptly and was as I hoped. Price was very reasonable in comparison with other sites so all in all very pleased.

I ordered vibrating neck massager and I got it on time. My neck size is bigger than massager and it can't fit on my neck so I just put it back in the box and send them contact form online for refund and want to know which address I should send it to.
Since 4 days no reply, no one contact me.
Can anyone know how to contact them ,plz let me know.

I was a little skeptic so as it’s a new company for me but my order came quickly and in good condition. Really happy :)

Discovered an error on my address, tried to call them urgently but no number listed, so I used their "contact us" form to resolve the issue, two days later no response and they went ahead and posted! I followed up with another message to say look youve posted it to the wrong address what can we do? and two weeks on they still havent replied to either message! Avoid.

Price was reasonable, and I received my parcel thankful, only because Royalmail sorted out the issue with my address... I got lucky.. but still no reply on email from them.

Spoken with Caleb from this store who rang me, told me about stock issues and apologised,
I have given him advice on how to improve customer service and communications going forward, he has now refunded my order after the call.
He said you the customers on here who have left negative feedback, please email them directly via the website and put your order number and telephone number in the email and he will call you back or email you back with a resolution to your order issues.
Communication is key for any business and this company now need to pull up their sock and resolve customer problems asap.

received an item that was faulty and tried to contact customer services and received no reply despite several emails. They say you can phone customer services but there is no phone number on their website. will have to return the item at my own cost.

I have ordered from this website a few times now and have never been disappointed. Admittedly the very first time I was a little worried, as I always am ordering from a new website I’ve not used before, but I soon found there’s no need for concern, the order always comes within a few days.

I have purchased items on three separate occasions from thegiftandgadgetstore.com within the last year without encountering any difficulties. Based on my personal dealings with thegiftandgadgetstore.com, I find their poor review ratings rather surprising!

I purchased some toy cars earlier this month, they turned up but different to what was advertised. I tried to contact them via email with pictures but the emails kept bouncing back due to issues with their mail server! Waste of money, no customer care or support.

I ordered a Christmas present for my nephews on 9/12/20; I ordered this item early with the intention of posting it to them as they live 150 miles away.
A week later, the item had still not been dispatched, despite their website claiming this would be done within 1 working day.
I contacted customer services, where upon Helga informed me that they’d basically forgotten to dispatch my parcel, and were experiencing delays....?! Delays they obviously didn’t feel it necessary to inform paying customers about.
I received a refund and shopped somewhere with better customer services... which wasn’t hard to find.

Okay here we go, so everyone is quick to give a bad review so I think it's important to give a positive one when your experience is just that I recently finished off my Christmas shopping and decided to get my son a UFO drone, when searching giftes and gadget offerd the best price so I went with them then read all the terrible reviews afterwards I must say I was gutted and never thought I would see the drone or my money again, but 48 hours later I got a email update saying it had been despatched with a tracking number and I tracked it right to my front door it arrived a little over a hour ago the only reason it's 4 not 5 star review is because I've not actually used the product yet as it's a Christmas present, so for me it's a lagit company not a scam I got what I paid for and it was the best price around.
