The Glitter Emporium Avis 

I ordered from here with a 2 day working delivery which cost me £7. I worked from home on delivery day so I could be in for the delivery, although by the end of the day...no delivery. I checked my tracking and saw it was at a collection point which I thought was strange as there had been no delivery attempt. I therefore had to collect it quickly as I needed them for the evening for a friend's birthday. I then contacted glitter emporium for a refund on my delivery cost as there had been no attempt of delivery and I had wasted my time and petrol money to collect it (bearing in mind I had paid £40 for 2 £6 bottles of prosecco alongside the £7 delivery charge). I was told there was a delivery attempt at 15.23 which there was not. I checked my cctv, in fact no deliveries between half 2 - half 4. I sent them evidence of this and politely requested a refund. I was then met by RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL responses (have evidence of this). Never mind refusing me my delivery charge refunded which is my RIGHT as a consumer, the lack of respect for a customer who had spent that much on their products is astonishing. You think as a small business they would be valuing their customers.

I WILL NOT be ordering from here again or recommending them. Reporting to trading standards. Don't order from here if you want to be met with this level of disrespect after spending a lot of money. Baffled how they want to compromise their reputation over the sake of a delivery charge which anyone can look up and see I am well in my right to a refund.

I have ordered a few times on the glitter emporium now and every time has been top customer service. I had an issue with one order where I requested for the delivery to be to a nearby shop and they sent it back, but glitter emporium never received it back. As a good will gesture they resent me my order. Defo worth ordering my friends and family have loved their glitter gifts.

I never have time to write reviews unless I'm really unhappy with a product and I think I need to warn others. Put it down to being so busy or just lazy! I cannot stress how brilliant and helpful The Glitter Emporium team were when I was ordering a special 18th birthday present for my niece. As usual I left organising a gift very late and I wasn't sure if the company could deliver my order in time (I needed it by the 14th January!) I sent an email late Tuesday night on the 7th January and received a reply from somebody called Barry 10 mins later confirming they could help me. I wanted a few "special" touches to my wine glass and all were accommodated exactly to my requirements and the gift arrived beautifully packaged in a pretty and well protected gift box on Friday 10th January. You cannot get better service than that and my niece was absolutely delighted with her gift and loved the hot pink girly glitter.

Beautiful glass , brilliant service

The personalised pink glitter glass was lovely, my son-in-law asked me to get it for my daughter from her little girls for Christmas. Received in good time, will packed. But unfortunately on Christmas Eve he put it under the tree and dropped the box and broke the glass, he was so upset bless him. But would not hesitate to purchase this Christmas.

Didn’t have to wait long , despite it being ordered near to Christmas, I’ve had products from here many times , always arrive in excellent condition and perfectly made , I would definitely recommend them.
