Love the Trendi switches. Very modern and such a great selection of colours. Easy to change faceplates to suit your room when decorating! Really good company to buy from. They actually answer the telephone very quickly and and very friendly and helpful. When I ordered new faceplates someone actually phoned me up to check I knew it was just the faceplates I was ordering and not the full socket. Great service and I will definitely use them again.

I bought two light switches, a fairly minor purchase. Customer service was examplary. I received a call to let me know the items shipped, and another call a couple of weeks later to check if everything was OK with the order. (it was)

We have ordered 4/5 times and all has been excellent, customer service is excellent and very efficient

Easy to use website, delivery quick and reliable

A good experience when ordering items . There was one outstanding item which they contacted me immediately to inform that there was a few weeks delay but they regularly contacted me to update on progress. Very good customer service! Wish all suppliers were as helpful

Great quality, magnificent array of colours and variety too, so easy to use and packaging not wasteful. Excellent customer service, had question and they was asked ASAP delivered on time which is fantastic.

How wrong was I the goods arrived 2 days later

Great switches and sockets.
The Internet Electrical Store contacted me as they were waiting for some of my order to come in and offered the option of 2 separate deliveries or wait 24 hours. I wasn't in a hurry so I was happy to wait it was only 1 day.
I wish all companies would communicate like this.

Really great company. Great customer service kept updated through. Spoke to Abigail and couldn’t have dealt with a more professional friendly person and helped me with all my needs.

If i could give them ZERO stars I would.
They were adamant in refusing to ship a product to me and were completely unhelpful - don't waste your time - there are also cheaper alternatives I found.
When the company read the above review they asked me to contact them for help, yet they've already flatly refused to help. They're simply trying to give the impression of being cooperative. Even their Managing Director will not respond to me despite my direct email complaint to him.

Bought piano black sockets and switches for the whole house they were delivered within 48 hours beautiful quality would highly recommend and at a cheaper price than most others online thanks ps have now been fitted and look even better on the wall
