I am usually not a fan of flavored waters but the loaded tea is a game changer. It is just exact amount of flavor so it’s not over powering . The no sugar is also a great plus. Customer service is on top of everything I have asked . You definitely won’t be disappointed with their product or attention given to their customers ❤️❤️

First, let me say I LOVE LOVE LOVE the teas! Second, the customer service is top notch. I had a delivery issue (at no fault of TLTS). I sent an email and received an immediate response. Not an automated response. They immediately sent out a new order. Such a great company!

I had to reach out a couple of times. First, my mistake, left my old address to ship to.
Each time I have a question about this great tea, they responded within the day!

First of all, the teas are delicious! I placed an order and goofed on the payment part by accidentally putting it on my company credit card. As soon as I realized it I contacted the company and they immediately corrected MY error and thanked me for my business. Fabulous customer service! Delicious teas!

I decided to finally try out Loaded Tea & happy I did they are so delicious. I have already made several orders & will continue to do so(I'm always looking for one of their great deals). I have dealt with their customer service & they are Great to deal with very quick response time.

Not only do these taste amazing, but the customer service is beyond that! I messed up the address on my order , emailed them and they got back to me in no time and helped me fix it! I really wanted to love this tea. I love the names of flavors as well as colors. Unfortunately my taste buds didn’t agree with the after taste. When I contacted them they offered to send me 5 new flavors (caffeine free) to try. My taste buds still didn’t care for them. When I contacted them again. They completely refunded my money and let me keep the tea packets. Hopefully, I’ll give them to someone who loves them and they’ll become a customer.

There was a little mix up with 2 of the packets in my order. I emailed them and they responded and sent out a correction all within hours. Very impressed with the customer service and the teas are all so good. My grandkids love the caffeine ones.

First off, the tea is amazing! Taste great, keeps my energy all day without the extra high and low. I love all the great benefits to it. Second, there was a question on shipping and without even a second guess they did everything to make it right. Customer service was the best!

The customer service is OUTSTANDING. Before I even recieved my purchase I had to contact them regarding a mailing issue. They got back to me within hours and stayed with me every step of the way until they were sure I recieved my order.
