If an item is unavailable or not in stock, setup your system so the part is unavailable for purchase. This would prevent having to go through a refund process. This would apply to purchases being shipped to another country. Make customer aware that you do not ship parts to Canada from the US.

It’s hard to write a review since I haven’t yet received the part that I ordered almost three weeks ago

I really need these parts and later got email explaining ( waiting shipment ) which really meant they were back ordered 5-6 weeks. You charged me $47.00 for a burner tube that I bought yesterday from Amazon and will be here today. Oh yes, I paid $15.00 for the same tube ! Going to be hunting for 2 weeks and really need fridge and can't wait 5-6 weeks.

I needed a part for our camper fridge, I wasn't sure which one and the customer service person suggested a different part and it was the one I needed.

I had mixed experiences with this company at first I was pretty upset because of some technical issues but they were ultimately my fault and at first it seemed like it was gonna be a bad experience however I trusted the process and it worked out better than I could’ve hope. I ordered a part and my autofill on my phone shipped to the wrong address.. I went thru the process and went through the customer service department, tho it took a lil bit to get it resolved my part finally arrived to my current address and the part was EXACTLY what I was needing. I’m veryyyy pleased with this company and I would recommend using their products if something happens just trust the process and go through the right channels and be patient. I read some of the negative reviews on here and I can’t say I had the same experience. Understand this is a buisness and some times grey areas take time to resolve.

Not a good one as I order my parts and the fallowing day I get a email letting me know parts are not in stock they should’ve said that from the beginning and not take my money and now I have no update on it

So helpful! I called to verify the part needed to replace my refrigerator’s control board. The gentleman I spoke to sent me a link to the part instantly and I was able to order it from the link. I received the control board in a couple of days. I was thrilled with every part of my interaction with RV Fridge Guys!

I purchase a norcold ice bin on August 27th and have not heard anything from the vendor

After a week I was informed the part was on back order for weeks or more. No offer to refund my money??

I ordered two extra door shelves for my RV frig. Despite the description they did not fit. I called and was told to send them back for a refund. Less 20%. Then they told me the right shelf to order. I ordered one to be sure it fit. This it was the correct fit. But for the first order, where I paid $59 before shipping, they only refunded me for one returned shelf....$23!

Have yet to speak with anyone have returned calls and text messages. I have left several messages with info. I have left detailed message with s/n year and problem NO REPLEY
