Phone Contact

On-line ordering was very difficult. Had to call in for assistance and while I did get the order placed, the customer service representative was obviously not happy with my questions.

Customer assumes full risk for ordering correctly

The help is knowledgable and shipping is timely. However, the customer is responsible for ordering the correct part. They do not pay for return shipping to Exeter PA their only return center. The cost to ship may be prohibitive compared to the cost of the part depending on your distance from PA. When I asked I got the following response "Shipping is expensive. We lose money on shipping for every order, as you can imagine. We don't make money off returns, that's just the cost of making a mistake in ordering the wrong part". You the customer assume the full risk of ordering the correct part.

This is partially true, Bruce. If the customer incorrectly orders a part, it is on the customer to return the part to us. If however, we ship you the wrong part, we are more than happy to correct the mistake to get you what you need.

Check inventory vs what's listed.

I've ordered a part that was listed as available, got a refund without any explanation. When I've called, they've informed me that the part was discontinued for years... they didn't even know why it was listed.

Poor communication, unreachable and non-responsive.

Tried ordering a part that was listed as in stock, but then received an email that it would be on backorder and typically take 2 to 3 weeks. Over a month later and I have not received an update. The company does not answer their phone and all voicemail is full. I'm just trying to get my money refunded at this point or I'll report to the credit card company.

They were very professional

They were very professional, and Armon took very good care of my appliances, he was maticulous and took the time to make it perfect. Michael the owner was professional on the phone in setting up my apointment and lisened to my needs. I would definatly refer them to others.
