Very Disappointing. Round trip of 180 miles to buy a Peugeot 107 we'd put a deposit on based on an online video. What they hadn't shown was a roof peppered with dents and dings which ruined the car and was in my view deceitful and annoying as if this had been shown we would not have bothered. We drove away only to be called by them saying they could fix roof so went back for test drive. We went home agreeing to wait for roof repair and asked if the bonnet could be done as well while at the body shop due to some marks on it. They said they would send pictures and videos of the roof when repairs were done. Communication of this was very poor they always say they've called your number and left messages when they haven't. The car had also been given an MOT the day before yet one of the lights wasn't working which didn't instill me with confidence. When we finally got pictures and a video they hadn't done the bonnet and they said you could still see the damage to the roof complete waste of time. Very poor service throughout not much of an apology for wasted journey or any offer of any compensation. The only positive thing I could say about this dealer is that at least we got our deposit back quickly !

Absolutely faultless. So easy to deal with from start to finish. Staff are amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful. Really felt at ease and am in love with the car. Best prices around, great value for money. Would definately recommend anybody to get a car from here. Thank you so much guys!

It was my first time getting a new car and trying to sort a finance agreement out I thought would be a big headache but not here. I was spoken through all the steps and was given lots of help and support in the process. It’s so quick and easy and they don’t hang about when you’re viewing cars like other dealerships do. They give you as long as you want to look around and see the vehicle you like and my first experience in the finance part was stress free and easy thanks to Jasmine who helped me with everything. Couldn’t think of anywhere else better to go and my partner got her car from one stop cars and recommended high and I can see why.

My daughter and I bought a Micra from Cars of Manchester and the owner was friendly and helpful. We had a 3 month warranty; when we needed the repairs carried out the money was sent to my bank account so the repairs could be done.

From the first phone call to ask about the car, everything was explained fully including everything the car has recently had done. They organised delivery around my long working hours and I had the car a week later. Jasmine and Lee were brilliant and even the delivery guy made sure I was happy with everything. Thanks again! A lovely friendly team, and a family-owned business. We arrived a little late in the evening, and they were just closing but let us take a look at the car my wife and I wanted to see.

We reserved the car for £100 (no-quibble refund policy), so we could arrange a later time to test drive. This deposit also reserves the car for 7-days and it's taken "off sale".

There's a great selection of cars to choose from, and a lovely team to deal with, no hard pushy salesman or hard-sell upgrades.

Disappointing, went to view a car advertised as "lovely", far from it, torn upholstery and heavy smoke smell, why advertise a car before preparing and misleading advertising, wasted journey

Down graded my Nissan X Trail to a Ford Fiesta, as the price of diesel was costing me a fortune each week. I went to One Car Shop on the East Lancs A580, My daughter and son in law had both used them before and were please with the service they had with them. I emailed Jasmine with details of my vehicle and what I was looking for, making an appointment for the following weekend. When I visited I was introduced to Alan who showed me around a number of vehicles, while he valued my X Trail. I decided on a Ford Fiesta, paid the deposit and arranged to collect the vehicle the following weekend. Alan and Jasmine were great and I'm more than pleased with my new car.

I have never been more welcomed in a car show room before in my life ! Jasmine served us and she provided the best customer service i have ever experienced. I drove 4 hrs to pick up a car and she made sure all the paper work was done before i even got there so she dont take up our time! We went to look at a Range Rover Sport Autobiography that we saw on their website, we were greeted by Jasmine, who was very polite, helpful, courteous, pleasent. She left us freely looking over the car, answering any questions we had, advising not just the good stuff, but also the other costs. Their was no pushing for sales at all, and was really looking into our interests and what we wanted. Jasmine also gave great information into the company and how they value their customers. Without a doubt this was / is the best customer service you could want, no pressure, no worry, great sales representative, and a great feeling. She is truelly a great asset to the company, and would not hesitate to reccomened and use again in the future. We will definitely be using them to service / maintain our vehicle purchased.

The hole car buying experience was made very easy from start to finish. We had a specific criteria and Jasmine made sure we had access to any vehicle we wanted to see and had a selection for us to test drive. We part exchanged and the process was seamless. We have shopped around but always end up coming back here when we need a car as they always seem to come up better.

I purchased an Audi from OneStop Car Shop and they were fantastic throughout. Jasmine was there every step of the way and allowed me to view and buy the car without an hassle. The car was serviced and MOT’d with any possible advisories, in this case tyres and pads being bought prior to testing. The car was presented very well upon collection.

I called on Saturday to arrange a test-drive of a car and spoke to an Alan. Alan, as per their website, told me that to have a test-drive is ‘By Appointment Only’ and that I would have to come on Monday at 09:30am. He elaborated that they open at 09:00am, but they would need to get the car prepared for a test-drive and ready for me for 09:30am. Alan went on to say that I should bring my Driving Licence and proof of National Insurance (NI) for instance purposes. I explained via email, their online chat and text message this morning (Monday) that I would be running late due to public transport. Nobody answered my telephone calls to their landline and mobile numbers. When I arrived I was greeted by a (?)Rebecca at Reception. She told me that she would go and bring the car in from outside to defrost the windows, etc. Shortly afterwards she said to me that the car was not available to be taken for a test-drive because it has no MOT on it. She was then joined by Alan who said that he told me over the telephone on Saturday that the car had no MOT. He went on to say that if I wanted to view it then I am more than welcome. I refuse to accept this as the agreement was made for me to bring my Driving Licence and proof of NI to test-drive the car; if I wanted ‘view’ it then I would look at pictures on AutoTrader. At NO point prior to today was I informed that the car I was due to test-drive had no MOT. I wasted hours of a whole morning in not only travel time, but also costs in travelling to and from the dealership. I will NOT be spending my money here now or in the future. Cash sale lost.
