The Printed Pen Site Avis

We had an exhibition and needed pens with our logo and website address in a range of colours to support our brand and products. Timescales were tight but Phil and the team were efficient and with gentle reminders made sure things happened when they should.

We received our order before our event and the customers loved them on the day.

What more can you ask for. Thank you again to everyone at The Printed Pen Site.

I was so pleased with the service we received. The delivery date was changed to reflect our needs and when the pens arrived- they were even better than I'd anticipated. Great quality and they reflect our branding perfectly.

Thanks guys!

I placed an order only a week before I needed the pencils for an event abroad. They have been very honest awarding me that it was very late especially for the international delivery. I received the pencils on time, they were beautiful and my clients loved them. What to say? They are very professional, their service is superb and the product is beautiful. I recommend them to anyone

I had fantastic customer service and quick turn around of my order , which is from inquiry to delivery all in a week.
The format and mode of communication was apt.
Well done and thank you to all the staff involved.

Excellent service, fabulous pencils, tight turnaround thanks so much

We found the printed pen site to be very reasonably priced compared to other websites. The turnaround time for quotes was excellent as was the Customer service.
I had a small issue regarding the print of one of the letters, and of course questioned this. I was reassured twice - once the phone and then also by e-mail. I would definitely recommend using these guys; in my experience they are very helpful and the delivery arrived on time as promised.

We turned to this company very last minute after being let down by another printing service. Not only were they extremely kind and helpful but professional and quick with the entire process too. We managed to get our products on time and will be using their services in the future as well as recommending them to other companies.

Sales experience was positive and the final product arrived quickly and we are very pleased with the pens we ordered. They are good quality at a reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

I needed 1000 custom pens made for an event in October and the Printed Pen Site team was very quick and professional. I was able to place my order quickly and easily and had the pens delivered within few days.
Would definitely use again.

I can not fault the service received, the pens I ordered were exactly what I wanted and was also delivered on time. I would defiantly recommend.

The product has a quality feel and the colours are as ordered. These pens are always popular as part of our giveaway set at conferences.

Very good speedy service and very pleased with quality of the product.

This is the second time in a couple of months that Surrey Ladies County Golf Association have ordered pens.
Both times the service was excellent, and the pens arrived within a few days. They have been very well received by the players at our golf events.
Many thanks to Jan for her help with the orders.

I ordered 250 branded pens for an event. The team were great to deal with from initial query, supplying proofs and then managed to turned them around extremely quickly! The pens were great quality & did my company proud.
I would happily use their services again. Big thank you to everyone involved.
