The Printed Pen Site Avis

From my first telephone call through to the artwork choices and fast delivery this company was fantastic!

I have used this company before and would recommend them for their speedy service and great customer care.

Thanks

I contacted a few promotional pen companies for quotes as normal and was shocked by the response from some. It ranged from off hand response to stories about the pen I wanted being discontinued and unavailable. The Printed Pen site was a joy, they understood my exact request and time issues and delivered on time. Great service and price - thank you.

My customer needed promotional items printed and delivered within two days. The Printed Pen Site responded quickly and were very helpful. My customer was very happy with the items and really appreciated the fast turnaround, especially as it did not add anything to the cost. I would recommend The Printed Pen Site and will certainly buy from again.

I was very unorganised and left my order to last minute. There was a very quick turn around and I had my pens within around 5 days of ordering.

They're great quality and exactly what I wanted, would highly reccomend them to anyone:

We were really pleased with the service we received and will definitely be back in touch when we need to re-order!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. I needed three types of pen with different designs. The sales lady Jan that I dealt with was very helpful, courteous and very patient. There was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing until we got the perfect designs. I would highly recommend The Printed Pen Site for their quality of goods, their professionalism and their competitive pricing. We will certainly be coming back for re-ordering when we have got through our current stock. Thank you!

I ordered 100 personalised pens for my daughter's wedding (following the prompt delivery of a sample pen). They were printed beautifully in just the right shade of grey I requested and I am very happy with them. Great service from the company too - all my requests were dealt with very efficiently. Thank you!

Fast, efficient and friendly service. Always helpful and provided advice on design and helped make amendments. Very competitive on price. Highly recommended

The service I received was really good. Quick turnaround of proof and the fact that you supplied a picture of the final etched pen to showing me the result was brilliant. The quality of the etching was very good, considering the size of the text and logo be etched.
I received the final goods on the date promised.
I have used you twice for this product before and have not been disappointed.
Will defiantly use you again and recommend to others.

The Printed Pen Site were excellent to work with. They responded quickly to emails throughout the process and were able to send me clear graphics of what the final product would look like. To top it off they provided superb value for money!

This is the first time I have used 'The printed pen site'.
I had a large order and was very impressed with the quick service and delivery of the pens.
I was particularly pleased that they were able to provide me with a visual of the product with our logo and telephone number added (something that the other larger sites were not prepared to do until an order was placed).

From ordering to artwork approval to delivery, the process was quick easy and efficient. We will definitely be ordering again. 5* customer service

second time we have used this company, very happy with ease of ordering, delivery times and end result of products

My order was quite complex for an upcoming conference and I was 100% sure as to what I wanted but I was provided with great customer service and they went above and beyond for what I needed. I received the pens way before expected which has made preparations a whole lot easier! Thanks guys!

Really pleased with the way my order was dealt with from start to finish, communication was quick and nothing too much trouble will definitely use again and more than happy to recommend to colleagues.

We have used the printed pen site twice now and have been very happy with the quality of the service, ease of transaction, pricing and the goods produced. We will certainly be using them again and have no hesitation in recommending.

From the moment I contacted them for a quote The Printed Pen Site were fantastic. They provided a quote quickly and sent me numerous samples to ensure that I ordered exactly what I required. They answered any queries I had swiftly and fully.

The products I received are of a high quality, the logo looks brilliant even though there is some small detail on it. And once received I got an email to check that everything was ok with my order.

All in all, brilliant service and I would highly recommend them to others.

first time purchasing from here and all very positive, great service and delivered well before the already tight lead time I gave them.
