Beautiful Roman blinds, wonderful quality. Did need to spend some time adjusting the cords on the back to make them hang symmetrically, but I was sent detailed instructions of how to do so.

Very impressed with the samples I…
Very impressed with the samples I chose, speedy delivery and no charge. I ordered the wallpaper and some cushions they were also delivered within a couple of days. Love the paper and the fabric of the cushions.

Excellent product but disappointing paperwork and advice.
The curtains ordered were excellent quality, well made and well packaged. However..I had to telephone to request an email acknowledgment of my order. The emailed response from Pure Edit as to when I might expect delivery proved to be incorrect…a week day in half term - which meant I didn’t go to visit my daughter and granddaughter but the curtains were not dispatched and didn’t arrive until the following week.

Great customer experience
Lovely range of fabrics, great customer service and speedy delivery.
I ordered a Roman blind which I’m very happy with and then decided to make some cushion covers. On the website fabric is listed in meter lengths but a quick e mail was all that was needed to place an order for some 1/2 meter lengths of various patterns.
Will definitely order from Pure Edit again and have recommended the company to friends and family.

Curtain fabric order …
Ordered curtain fabric on line 1 week ago and had confirmation of order and payment taken from cr cd . .still not received so rang this morning only to be told fabric not in stock and they didn’t know how I’d been able to order on line . Was then told it could be back in stock in about 10 days but no certainty.i asked for refund and cancelled order . Very disappointed as fabric was exactly right colours etc . More annoying that it wasn’t in stock when I placed order .

I am so very sorry that we have let you down on this occasion and I can see how it has happened.
At the same time, to help with growing demand, we have also had a new system installed, and life has been tough with some bugs and glitches. The business has expanded very quickly and we have experienced some growing pains.
On rare occasions fabric stock can show as being available, that for whatever reason isn't suitable for fulfilment, and we have to disappoint customers. This is one of those situations and we have made the situation worse by being unable to come back to you quickly enough to let you know - worst of all you had to call us first to see what had happened to your order....
This is unusual for our team who are proud to go above and beyond but we've all been sinking a little lately - fortunately we are past the worst, the system is starting to improve and we've added to our team.
It's fair to admit our service hasn't met our own high expectations recently but we are getting closer to getting back to previous levels.
If ever we get a poor review, and it can happen, I'm usually quick to defend us, but honesty is paramount, and in this instance we did slip up and we are really sorry for that.
We do have a shipment of Nimes Shell on the way, and if you don't find an alternative quickly enough please let us know if you do wish to reinstate the order.
