I have spent thousands with this company whilst renovating my house. Beautiful fabrics and wallpapers, wish I could say the same about their customer service!!! To be clear this was about responsiveness from the customer service team not whether I actually received the product or not.

I have taken a look into your recent order and I can see that your first wallpaper order was delivered as expected. The additional roll that you order was delivered quite in advance of our 7 working day lead time, and while I appreciate you would've liked this even sooner, our wallpaper is printed to order and it isn't possible to guarantee any quicker timescales.

Terrible service

Still waiting on cushions that we were told would be next day delivery over a week ago. Cannot contact via phone or email. Really poor service.

Excuse after excuse and I am still…

Excuse after excuse and I am still awaiting delivery of fabric. Now their telephone lines are not being answered nor are emails or contact forms. Warner House fabrics are supposedly associated with The Pure Edit, but they are uncontactable also.

Firstly, I would like to apologise for the experience you received. This is not a reflection of the service we strive to deliver, and I understand your disappointment. I believe you spoke to our customer care team and they provided you with updates on your order, and ensured the fabric was sent out to you.
I also believe my colleague explained to you that just prior to your order we changed IT systems and unfortunately did cause a few issues with order processing. The new system has been inputted to help us to improve our overall service and business efficiencies, but we have had a few teething problems and can only apologise to you for the effect that this did have on your order.

Really poor experience with this…

Really poor experience with this company. First time I ordered some fabric so I could make a blind, they sent the fabric shorter than I had paid for meaning I couldn’t make the blind the correct size ! Had to organise to have it collected and then they resent the fabric correctly.
Second time I ordered a headboard, it is now 11 weeks later and I still have no dispatch date. They told me due to human error the fabric was never sent to the upholsters. I’ve chased multiple times (and asked if the £50 delivery fee could be waived given the substantial delay which they still haven’t agreed to.)

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I apologise for the inconvenience with your fabric order. I can see that we arranged for this to be collected from you as soon as you informed us that the wrong quantity had arrived, and I do hope you were then happy with the fabric and managed to make a lovely blind.
In regards to the headboard, I can see that this was delivered 4 days after the expected delivery date. We did have an extended lead-time due to Christmas closures, and this was detailed on our website at the time of your order. We do aim to deliver all items within the specified time range, but very rarely there may be minor delays.

Fabric has taken a while to arrive

Fabric has taken a while to arrive. Their ‘specialist’ delivery company obviously decided they’d rather go him than deliver. I tracked it and it wasn’t that far away, then I got a message to say they couldn’t deliver.

We do send our fabric orders out on a tracked next day delivery service, but unfortunately we do not have direct control over the 3rd party delivery company and we do rely on them to deliver within the specified timescales. Very rarely, the courier does not deliver the item as expected and we do contact them to ensure this is delivered as quickly as possible.

They should Update their website

First time ordering from Pure Edit. I followed their instructions on how to measure for a Roman blind, once received i realised the blind was 1cm more narrow than I had measured for and sent to them. When contacting them, they advised it was in the small print but not on their main how to measure for a blind page. I’m not sure why they would not also list this here. It’s unusual for a company to want customers to make expensive mistakes. I’m now left with a blind too narrow for my window after spending over £200.

Terrible

Terrible . Customer service awful. Ordered in October and told they would be here by 17th December due to a delay . Then after trying to contact them for over two weeks I had to go to instagram to get a response . Terrible terrible service . Then they email me today to say they won’t be here for Christmas . Hopefully in the new year . Shocking service

Great Fabrics & Service

I have purchased fabrics from The Pure Edit on several occasions for use in home furnishing projects. The samples always arrive very promptly, the fabric are beautiful with lots of lovely designs and the service has always been really great.

A great service

I had to hold my nerve to order blinds online, but Pure Edit were very reassuring on the phone. The blinds were made within the time frame and they are absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much for such a positive process.

I am hugely disappointed in this…

I am hugely disappointed in this product. Not only did it take far longer than expected to arrive (with no updates from the company to keep me informed of the delay) but when it did arrive it was narrower than expected. Check the small print as they do make it narrower than the measurements (this isn’t that clear) but they also took off another 0.5cm which on a small blind looks odd. Customer service incredibly slow in getting back and no solution offered. Print is pretty but I wish I had never ordered. There is also no option for insurance on blind like other places such as next, blinds2go and blinds direct which have been far superior in quality and service.

We're really sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the blind you've ordered from us.

We do agree that the time it took for your blind to be delivered was longer than it should be. We aim for 3 to 4 weeks and it looks like we took longer than this, so we do apologise sincerely for those delays.

When measuring for blinds, we do ask you to give exact measurements from end to end as we then alter to allow for your blind to move up and down freely within the recess, which is 1cm, an industry standard. As these measurements were given to us incorrectly, there is little we can do to rectify the issue.

I'm so disappointed with my overall…

I'm so disappointed with my overall experience.
I found some beautiful fabric to cover a footstool. As I only needed 1.5 metres I emailed to see if the postage would be less than £9.95 for such a small amount. This wasn't an option & so I didn't proceed with the order as the P & P added 20% to the overall cost which seemed excessive.
However, I did order a cushion cover. When it arrived the brand label was all crooked, with half of it caught up in the side seam, which made it look like a second, not first quality. I'm amazed that nobody noticed this, even as they wrapped it and posted it! I can only assume this is deemed acceptable quality?
I returned the cover, and then never heard anything from customer services.
After 15 days I returned from holiday with no explanation as to why sub-standard product was sent to me, but more importantly, no refund (despite the website stating a 5 day policy). When I contacted customer services I was told my return had been misplaced in the warehouse!
This has been such a disappointing experience on many levels - poor quality, coupled with lack of communication & a slow refund. Would not recommend.

We've taken some time to look into your order to understand what happened.

Firstly, addressing the comment on the postage of the fabric; from a quality stance, we will only dispatch fabric on a roll and in a dust-proof bag. This is to protect the fabric from creasing and from getting dirty or damaged in transit. Unfortunately, fabric rolls do come with costly shipping. As you can appreciate, rolls are quite awkward to transport and are only transported by specialist couriers. We appreciate this is an extra cost to customers, but the quality of delivery is not something we wish to compromise.

We apologise profusely for the returns process you've experienced with the order of your cushion, this is not the level of service we wish to give and we are genuinely very sorry. You are correct, the sewing and finish on the cushion was sub-standard and it has been removed from stock. We have since checked this batch of cushions and ensured quality does not slip again.

Once again, we would like to apologise for your experience ordering a cushion from us and hope you are now satisfied with the outcome.
