Beautiful Roman blinds, wonderful quality. Did need to spend some time adjusting the cords on the back to make them hang symmetrically, but I was sent detailed instructions of how to do so.

Received bedding double and king .. not impressed bedding was exemley creased.. colour to light hoped it would look ok, I was wrong. I would never by bedding in that condition in the shops.. 👎

Good company, good and well-made product
The web selections were many and varied, thus giving a wide choice. The order process was straightforward, and the note regard delivery timescale was clear. All was fine upon delivery and the items themselves were of excellent quality. A good company to deal with.

Beautifully and professionally…
Beautifully and professionally presented sample swatches, clearly labelled. All swatches are of a good size to enable you to determine if suitable. Sustainable materials which is evermore important. Having the "Gallery" to see how the fabrics and wallpapers work together is really helpful - more of this please. Will be purchasing wallpapers and fabrics from Pure Edit to decorate our home.

After paying £1.50 for postage when I ordered them online, the envelope (labelled with Pure Edit) was then stuck at my local sorting office requiring me to pay a further £5.00 (due to incorrect/insufficient postage?)
I therefore refused receipt of it!
Very disappointed.

Attractive designs
Fabric arrived well wrapped and on time. It is good quality. I like simple, I fussy designs and Pure Edit had a nice selection in a choice of colours.

Duvet cover purchased in sale. Very pleased with the quality of this. Disappointed that after paying substantial postage cost, no further tracking information was given from despatch to delivery.
The tracking on my email did not work.

Twice ordered bedding
Twice ordered bedding. Great quality, soft fabric and very well made. But the customer service is all over the place. Both times they messed up my order. The first time they sent the wrong quantities, which they corrected and the second time they (probably) forgot my order. Had to chase it after almost 3 weeks of waiting. I called to enquire. They took my phone number and I was told that I'll get a call back, which never happened. I was sent an email instead. I guess to avoid admitting over the phone that they forgot to send out my order. I don't know. Never got an explanation. Not a great shopping experience.
Thank you for the reply and the explanation. I wouldn't have minded to wait because I do understand that during Christmas time services change. I just wish I'd have received an email about what I could expect. And if you promise a call back then please make the call next time.
And I didn't even mention the samples that I ordered that have never arrived. I understand that it's not your fault that they've gone missing in transit, but it's comical that everything has gone wrong for me with all my orders.
Anyway live and learn. There's always room for improvement. And as I said before I had no issues with the products that I ordered. All are well made to a high standard. I wish you great success with your business.

I have taken some time to look into your orders.
We apologise that you received the wrong quantities of bedding in your first order with us, this was a human error with our distributor. I can see this issue was rectified on the same day as your call, and hope you were happy with your bedding and cushions once delivered in full. We now hold all stock on site and distribute ourselves, which should eliminate future issue such as this.
I can see your order placed on the 19th December was after the Christmas cut-off point which is why your delivery came in the new year, once our warehouse reopened. We apologise that this was quite a long wait for you, but again, we do hope that you were satisfied with the bedding sets and pillowcases which you received.
We do hope that the delivery and service you experienced with us has not deterred you from choosing us in the future, the service you have received is not to the standard we like to keep and for that we do sincerely apologise.

Beautiful high quality fabric
I could not be happier with the fabric from The Pure Edit. I ordered folia in denim which we made into bedroom curtains and we love them so much. I intend to make a headboard with the Ellora in marine in due course.
