I want to share my personal experience with Thermal Grizzly - I ordered PTM and Duronaut from them and I had some issues with my cooler mount, so the whole PTM got messed up and became an uneven layer. I emailed their support team and they answered me really, really quickly, I told them the situation and they kindly agreed to send me a new replacement. I am very glad I bought directly from them and am very happy with it, thank you very much!

Super hilfreicher Support
Super hilfreicher Support fuer grossartige Produkte. Habe den delitted 9950X3D bei TG gekauft um den "Stress" beim rumbasteln mit der teuren CPU zu minimieren. Nach inital erfolgreicher Installation hatte ich Probleme. So manch anderer Hersteller haette vermutlich jeglichen Support abgelehnt da es inital ja lief - hier jedoch ganz anders! Nach einigen versuchen es remote zusammen mit dem TG Support zu fixen konnte ich die CPU mit meinem MB einsenden. Selbst Probleme mit dem Zoll bei der Ruecksendung wurden von TG gemanaged. Schlussendlich lag das Problem an meinem Bios - und hatte gar nicht mit dem TG Produkt zu tun - haette es aber ohne den Support vermutlich nicht rausgefunden. So schafft man sich Stammkunden!!!!

Speedy repair
Had an RMA issue involving my GPU and needed a repair, and my GPU was barely a month out of warranty. Thermal Grizzly was extremely fast in repairing and shipping. By far the best RMA experience I've ever had.

I've been a long-time supporter of Thermal Grizzly and have used many of their products over the years—primarily their thermal pastes. Most recently, I purchased the new Duronaut, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. What consistently stands out to me is the exceptional quality of their products and the way the brand presents them to the public.

Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen: der beste Support den ich je von einem Online Shop erhalten habe! Riesen Dank geht raus an Florian vom Support Team! Für einen Moment dachte ich, ich wäre in einem Live Chat mit dem Support von Thermal Grizzly weil die Emails so schnell beantworten wurden. Auch waren sie inhaltlich auf einem Kompetenzniveau was ihresgleichen sucht!
Hut ab vor so viel Transparenz und Kundenorientierung. Ich kaufe hier immer wieder gerne ein und kann die Produkte der Firma uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Waren sind Top! Anleitungen sind leicht verständlich und das benötigte Werkzeug ist auch gleich mit dabei (Contact Frame). Support ist sehr kompetent und antworten lassen auch nicht lange auf sich warten! Nur zu empfehlen!

Love this company when I need something fast for upcoming builds or restocking my shop iv never had a company ship so fast from Germany to Canada was faster then Alberta(16hrs) items took 6 days Thermal Grizzly was 3 days absolutely amazing.

I had questions about delidding my cpu and not only did they answer each question I had they sent me the parts and links to how to videos. Ive been using thermal grizzley since my first pc build and this is the first time ive dealt with their customer service and Im happy to say their products and service are both top notch. I've had the opportunity to use severalThermal Grizzly: Premium Performance Worth the Price…
I've had the opportunity to use several Thermal Grizzly products, and while they come at a premium price, their performance is second to none. My personal favorite is the Kryosheet, which completely resolved the thermal issues I faced with my Ryzen 9 7950X when I first installed it. Its exceptional thermal conductivity ensured my CPU ran cooler and more stable, even under demanding workloads.
Now, I’ll admit I’m a bit of an odd one I exclusively use Thermal Grizzly products for both my gaming rig and my mining setup. Even with their higher price tag, the quality they deliver makes it worthwhile. Sometimes, you just need the best, and that’s where Thermal Grizzly shines.
Their commitment to quality is evident in every product I’ve tried. I’m genuinely excited to see what innovative solutions they introduce next. For anyone looking to optimize their cooling setup, I can’t recommend their products highly enough
