We recently had the kitchen of our dreams installed by The Shaker Workshop and couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and the team were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout, nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

A special mention to Harriet for her exceptional design skills and Karolina for her fantastic coordination, which made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Shaker Workshop. We’re already looking forward to working with them again when we design our boot room and utility in the near future.

A very chaotic house renovation, the kitchen has by far been the most seamless process. All departments have gone above and beyond to make it as stress free as possible. From Godith the designer who has the patience of a saint to Karolina in the office who has answered every query and is on hand to iron out any arising issues.
The kitchen itself is great quality and looks incredible. Very happy customer!

We had our kitchen designed and installed by The Shaker Workshop. Hermione (our kitchen designer) was absolutely fantastic from the start and helped us create a kitchen that we love. She made the process really enjoyable and was accommodating and patient with all our questions and amendments (as required after the survey). Harriet, Justyna and Karolina were brilliant no changes were too much trouble, surveyor Jason, as well as the fitters were all unfailingly polite, helpful, friendly, responsive and professional. Fitters and painter were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble and fitted in with our plumber who was there with the painter. We are more than happy with the design, quality and fitting of our kitchen and would highly recommend the Shaker Workshop. (and we have done)

We recently had a new kitchen designed and installed by the Shaker Workshop.
Our home is over 300 years old and so none of the walls are straight and the floors slope. All of these quirks were dealt with at the design stage, by the surveyor who came out and by the kitchen installers. The finishing touches were added by one of their very skilled painters who made sure everything was as it should be. All of the team were a pleasure to deal with and seemed to take great pride in their work. Any little snags we’re dealt with efficiently and without any fuss. I would highly recommend using them. Our only concern was paying for everything before the kitchen was installed. This meant that we had no room to withhold any payment if their were unresolved problems. However, as I have said, all tiny snags were ironed out asap.

Highly recommend Shaker Workshop if you’re looking for a new kitchen. We worked with Hermione and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Hermione was patient, professional and had excellent layout ideas that perfectly suited our needs. The best part, no pressure whatsoever, it felt like a collaborative process rather than a sales pitch.
Karolina was so helpful, great communicator and problem solver. Instillation was let by George and his team who were excellent. Attention to detail and craftsmanship was top notch. Final decoration and painting was to a very high standard too.

Finally, value for money is key here, we shopped around and Shaker Workshop are extremely competitively priced for a fabulous kitchen and outstanding service. Very satisfied customer.

Hermione was incredibly useful and knowledgable. She responded to our queries almost immediately, proposed creative solutions to our lack of space and designed a beautiful kitchen. Unfortunately, the in frame nature of The Shaker’s units didn’t bring the most efficient use of space for our small kitchen, but otherwise we would have undoubtedly gone with them. Their products have an excellent quality and so their service.

From beginning to end this company has been brilliant. Maria was so helpful with the layout and design in the planning stages. Delivery went well and everything was done on schedule. Our kitchen has just been finished, it looks stunning and the quality is fantastic. I honestly can’t recommend the company highly enough.

We discovered The Shaker Workshop online and loved their kitchens, we saw that our nearest showroom (Farnham) was open during weekdays so we decided to look elsewhere as we could only visit on a weekend day. After trying two other kitchen companies, one was completely overpriced, the other was more affordable but cabinetry was below standard, we headed back to the drawing board.

We kept seeing The Shaker Workshop on Instagram so checked their opening times again and saw they were open on a Saturday, result!

We headed there and was greeted by Godith, their kitchen designer. She was super friendly and welcoming and discussed their free design service. Godith was absolutely exceptional, she provided us with numerous kitchen designs until we were 100% happy with the final design. We also visited the showroom on multiple occasions to check the cabinetry quality, worktop and talk through the kitchen designs and appliances in detail. Godith really helped bring our dream kitchen to life, we presented her with an awkward original kitchen layout and she was able to really utilise the space and help it flow really well. We loved the design so much so that we asked for a quote for our utility room as well and the design really maximised the space too. Not only was Godith available to meet at the showroom, but she was always on hand to answer queries or clarify things via phone and email, even up to the last moment where we changed the sink options, she gave really valuable advice and quickly updated our quote.

The installation process was smooth and speedy with minimal snags, which were rectified very quickly. The hand finish painting and stone installation were both done to a very high standard.

We absolutely love our kitchen and utility room and this wouldn’t have been possible without this incredible company. The cabinetry is a very high standard but more affordable than other options.

After extensive research we decided to purchase our new kitchen from the Shaker Workshop, they were truly fantastic from day one, from concept building, design (with many many iterations), installation and post completion support, everyone involved has been amazing. The regular contact and alterations were never a problem, the clever ideas that Caroline developed that no one else had considered for our space, and needs as a family, have been brilliant.
The finished kitchen is beautiful, and has really made such a difference to how we use the space and the house overall. I can’t recommend the Shaker workshop enough, It’s really has been worth every penny.

We had a fantastic experience working with Shaker Workshop. The design team were excellent and created a beautiful and practical kitchen that works really well in our new extension, I particularly love the small details such as the really useful spice drawer and the tray and chopping board compartments. It felt like a really collaborative experience. The installation team were also excellent and very professional. We made a few last minute changes and also had to move the install date and they were very patient and helpful throughout.

Exceptional service from start to finish. We had a renovation going and had our double fridge on the first floor, the guys kindly brought it down, installed everything, even a plug socket in the cupboard. Really went above and beyond.
We had a small snagging issue with the granite worktop cutting that wasn’t to do with them, and they came back and put a very small beading over the issue without charge. Caroline in clapham very helpful. Thanks

We recently had a shaker kitchen designed and fitted by The Shaker Workshop. Finding a high-quality wooden kitchen at a reasonable price is challenging, but The Shaker Workshop delivered on both quality and affordability.

Hermione was very helpful throughout the design process, listening to our needs and ensuring everything fit seamlessly into our space. The wait of around three months for manufacturing and delivery was well worth it.

While we did encounter minor hiccups during installation (the dishwasher arrived damaged, and the worktop came in slightly off-dimension), these issues were due to third-party suppliers. The Shaker Workshop handled everything swiftly, resolving these problems within a couple of days. We love our new kitchen and we highly recommend The Shaker Workshop!

I’ve used this company for multiple kitchens over the last few years. They started off well, however over recent installations the company has unfortunately clearly lost itself. Customer service, and workmanship have all gone down hill.

There is no quality control on the units that are delivered. This is apparent from warped doors, misaligned doors, inconsistent gaps in doors, scratches to units and mechanisms that do not work, etc.

In the most recent installation they have changed several items in the manufacturing process without informing me of these updates. The installation was lengthy for no apparent reason. It took 1 month between initial install and the worktops being completely installed. You pay a premium price for their kitchens, you do not get a premium service.

Customer service is appalling. You have to consistently chase for updates and they have no tracking system of the issues you raise. It’s all with one person who clearly is not competent in their role or overwhelmed. It’s has been 2.5 months since the installation and issues have not yet been resolved.

The design process is great and Godith has been excellent in her communication and designs. Unfortunately the post design process is a shambles and lets this company down severely.

The units are not manufactured in the UK, they are shipped in from abroad. The company unfortunately for whatever reason has operational issues it needs to address.

Everyone involved in the design, delivery and fitting of our kitchen was brilliantly skilled and took great care and attention to give us an outstanding customer experience. Our designer Godith at Farnham, Justyna and Karolina, surveyor Jason, as well as the fitters were all unfailingly polite, helpful, friendly, responsive and professional. Even the people who came to fit the stone worktops and paint the cabinetry on-site were excellent. We are extremely happy with the design, quality and fitting of our kitchen and would highly recommend the Shaker Workshop. Well worth every penny.

Our experience of designing and purchasing a Shaker Workshop kitchen was extremely positive and far more fun than we expected.
We had visited other Shaker kitchen designers and had come away underwhelmed and unsure. A couple of them had given us tentative initial quotes that were very basic and left us concerned about the overall costs and design.
At the Shaker Workshop, Hermione in the Clapham shop gave us a very positive and constructive experience from the outset. I had a long wish list. Hermione set to work straight away and was so positive about everything. By the end of that initial visit, Hermione followed up promptly with a design that was 90% there and very much reflected what we hoped for and more. Furthermore, she gave us a very comprehensive quote that included sinks, taps, worktop, extra oven and pretty much everything that we would need. This gave us immense confidence to proceed, knowing there would not be any surprises. We were always greeted warmly and engaged with enthusiastically as we tweaked to the final design. Communication from start to finish was excellent.

There were a small number of installation issues, but again, the response and communication was exemplary. A very good company to deal with.

Our final kitchen is all we hoped for and more. It is a high end design, top quality build and looks fabulous. We are so glad we chose the Shaker Workshop.

Hermione at the Clapham showroom helped design the kitchen of our dreams! She was so helpful as were the rest of the team. We had an issue with the stone on fitting and the shaker team ensured it was recut and installed the very next day! Would highly recommend and use them again if we were to move.

We had a fantastic experience with The Shaker Workshop! Having previously purchased a Neptune kitchen in our last house, we were looking for the same level of quality but at a more reasonable price. From start to finish, we felt like the team couldn’t do enough for us. Godith was hugely responsive and we loved the designs immediately. Jason then came out to measure and not too much later our kitchen was being installed. The work surface company were in continuous contact with us and The Shaker Workshop, so that when there was a slight issue with fitting the counter, the cupboards were swiftly amended to accommodate.

Could not recommend more and plan to use them for our Utility/Boot Room next year too!
