This is an updated rewrite of my initial review. Although there was a significant delay in shipping, customer service DID follow through I did receive my product.

To date, I am satisfied with the overall process understanding that there will always be circumstances that are out of everyone’s control. Once customer service was made away of the issues (via this platform) they acted quickly and professional.

After I have had time to test out the product I will update this thread concerning the overall quality and performance.

Primary takeaway, don’t jump to negative conclusions. Reach out to customer support and be understanding. This company is NOT A SCAM.

I placed the order on Jan 4, 2026. One month has passed, and I haven’t received anything. There’s no tracking number, and they haven’t responded to my emails,,
Update: I received my order after one month and half

The few issues I experienced had to do mostly with my ignorance of international shipping, them dealing with a customer in a different time zone, and a smaller issue with a defective battery. Through all this, I will give this company 5 stars. The promptness and candor with which each email I sent was answered in pretty amazing. Always courteous and never made promises that couldn't be kept.

This unit works perfecttly, for what I need. My questions were promptly answered by Chuck and found the ordering process to go smoothly. I highly recommend this product for jamming spy cameras.

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with this company and the reps that work for them. I was sold a specific item and I received exactly what I wanted and expected. The machine runs great and works perfectly I’m actually amazed how quickly it does its thing literally less then a second after flipping the on switch. I’d does come from China so expect a 2-3 week delivery but mine showed up intact and fully functional and I love it. The one negative thing I will say is they never sent me a tracking number for me to check on delivery status which was kinda annoying but it is what it is. If you pay for expedited shipping the verbiage states 5-7 business days but that was not accurate at all so I would suggest just go with standard shipping as the expedited cost was not worth it in my opinion.

Carl W. at the Signal Jammer is awesome! I have asked questions and he is the guy to answer. Also purchased the low band and it’s doing a good job. I think I need the 5g coverage so I’m still shopping. Did I mention how great your FREE shipping is. Keep up the great work cause we need you in this business.

The products (gps and bluetooth) are extremely effective. Tested them with my drone and vehicle navigation system and they worked perfectly. I also noticed I haven't encountered the individuals I was encountering at odd locations and on a regular basis since I began use of these tools. The Signal Jammer has restored my peace of mind and effectively blocked the stalker-like harrassment from a couple of neighbors.

On another note, Carl was very responsive and helpful when I reached out a few times for assistance with instructions, etc.

I am not a bot and no i do not work for the company. I ordered from these guys and hard a hard time getting my package because of an American postage issue. Carl W and Signaljammer.com refunded the entire amount without any hesitation. Thanks guys.

Product worked better than expected, so I was thrilled to death. The shipping was pretty quick which was also a bonus.

Was a little confusion with how it work but thank you to the customer service team on giving me a better explanation and a manual. Going to give it a try again.

Initially, I was skeptical about this company, but everything was nice and smooth.

-shipping and handling in a short time and good conditions.
I will recommend any time when someone needs this type of electronics.

Final update: I’ve been communicating with TSJ since my last update. Due to time differences and schedule differences, response times vary, so you just have to be patient. They are very willing to work out any issues. Regarding my issue, the techs had some recommendations, which I tried and nothing seemed to help. We got to the point where they sent me an RMA# for repair/replacement. Carl had one last suggestion, however, that solved my problem. He asked how close my phone was to the speaker when I did my testing, to which I answered “about one foot or less”. He asked me to move them a little further apart and try the test again. The connection is very strong between the devices when that close, and to be fair, most real-world scenarios won’t have them so close together like that. I moved the speaker about five feet from my phone, and with both of them the same distance away from me, I turned on the jammer from 30ft away and it completely jammed the signal. So much so that the speaker unpaired from the phone. I haven’t been able to test at a greater distance, but based on how it instantly killed the signal from 30ft, I have no doubt that it will work at a greater distance. Also, to address my concerns about receiving the wrong device, Carl explained that what I received is the new version of what’s shown on the website. They added an additional antenna to separate a single channel with a wider band into two more stable channels. For reference, I ordered the “Wireless Spy Camera Jammer”. Raising my rating back up to 5 stars for excellent customer service and product support.

Update #2: It’s now been 5 days since my last update. I have been communicating with TSJ, and while responsive and seemingly eager to solve the problem, no actual progress has been made. I’m currently waiting for a tech to give his opinion. I sent them pictures of the incorrect device and there was no explanation as to why I received that particular device, nor was there any information given about the device I received. I have no idea what frequencies it’s configured for other than Bluetooth. To be fair, I did ask multiple questions in that email, so perhaps that point was missed. I’ll remain optimistic that this will get resolved, however my optimism is fading with each passing day. I’m dropping this to a 3 star review for now and will continue updating will new developments. Stay tuned!

Update #1: I realized that I received a different jammer than what I ordered. Currently waiting for a response from TSJ. What I received (5 antennas) isn’t even on their website. I tested the Bluetooth function by placing my phone near a portable speaker and playing music from it. I walked about 10m (30ft) away and turned on the unit. No disruption at all. I walked slowly toward the phone /speaker and at about 3m (9ft) the speaker glitched a couple times, but the music continued. The music stopped finally at about 5ft. I don’t know if the unit I received is less powerful than what I ordered, but the description clearly states 20-30 meters. I’ll keep this review at 5 stars for now until TSJ gets back to me. Placed my order on July 3rd and received it on July 9th. That’s with a holiday and a weekend in between. I did pay the extra $29 for expedited shipping because I needed it before an upcoming trip. I actually received the package before the tracking number, so don’t worry. Honestly, I was initially a little worried because I read the trustpilot reviews, which are a mixed bag, but I knew the signal jammer was legit when Carl refused to give me a 50% discount on a significant upgrade on an item after I had already placed my order. He did offer a discount, but any scammer would have jumped at that offer after I declined his counter offer. I haven’t actually used the jammer yet, so if you don’t see a negative update attached to this review, it means the device is working as expected.

The signal Jammer has been a game- changer for me. Living near a busy road meant constant disruptions, but their jamming device has brought peace back to my home. The team even provided lifetime support, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend them!

This site is a scam. They take your money and say they never received it. cash app and bitcoin should tell you everything. don’t take a chance. you will not get your items. Don’t believe these bogus reply’s. do your research and you will see for yourself it’s A SCAM. look on SCAMADVISOR. SCAM SCAM SCAM FYI i have been using bitcoin since 2014 and have never had a bad experience or sent to wrong address. i sent it the address they provided via copy and paste. when i look them up on the blockchain they received it. don’t believe this BS reply.

We are currently renting a house. The neighborhood gets very noisy in the late evening (Way past midnight) with the neighbors playing their loud music.

Calling the cops doesn't help at all. I've called multiple times, and they say that they will do their best to send someone over. No one ever shows. I started to research on a signal blocker. Just to block wifi signals, not cellular. I found a device that looks like it would fit the bill.

I have to agree, that I was skeptical at first (How they take payments). But, I felt that their product is what I was looking for.

I paid them, and patiently waited. The standard shipping states between 7-15 days.

After day 18, we received tracking information. At this time, it passed the port, and DHL had it on hand, and on its way. In 2 days, the package arrived.

I took it out of the box, attached the anteanna's, and connected the charger. The battery was full.

We waited a few days before we were greeted with the unwanted music keeping us up. I took it out of the night stand, and turned it on. Now, these neighbors are a few houses away... After a few seconds, it went silent. I then heard people talking about what's wrong. I left it running for a good 20 minutes. I then turned it off, and went to bed.

To answer your question, yes. The Signal Jammer is a legitimate business. Some of these other reviews are shady. I have proof in my hands. Oh, and Carl is a great person to work with. Yes, we reached out to him several times asking for an update, and he replied within a day (During the week).
