I was on look to change my bed with completly new. The prices of the mattresses which I want was to high until I found Sleep Shop which offered amazing price for what I was looking. Communication with the sales person was great and keep me updated all the time with delivery and time of arrival. The delivery guys were amazing aswell. In future will shop from there again.

Ordering online my new mattress could not have been more clear or straightforward and a personal call confirming a delivery date estimate was a welcome bonus.
The busy 2-man delivery/collection crew from Northampton needed a 'little encouragement' to climb two flights of stairs to my flat but were friendly enough, called ahead and were on time.

Very good company to deal with. Salesman gave us good advice when buying our mattress and loads of time to try different ones, all with different prices. The delivery was also first class. On time, very efficient and making sure that no damage was done during the manoeuvring of this large mattress.

Even 1 star is too much. Kept my money, the mattress that never got delivered and thought it was good to do that. Honestly beware PayPal paid me back as it kept saying waiting for seller and they ignored it. Thank goodness I used PayPal you will lose your hair dealing with these lot.
