Brilliant company. Quick and professional. I forgot to put time and date on sample. So emailed them and Lisa emailed me back to say don’t worry they will do it for me when arrives. Very discreet too. Would highly recommend if any one needs peace of mind.

The team was really helpful when I ordered the wrong test, they exchanged it free of charge (I had to pay for the postage back, but no other fee). That was great. The test itself was quite gruelling (blood test) and it was neigh impossible to get the required amount of blood. The test still worked even with a bit less blood though. So all good. Very positive experience over all.

It was easy to order the tests and they arrived quickly. It’s easy to do the test at home, everything is clearly explained in the instructions. fairly fast results.

Easy to follow instructions included in the box posted through the door, includes free return post bag, got results within a few days, simply laid out and easy to understand, a link to an online pharmacy will also be provided if treatment is needed

I messed up the first time and forgot to include my documentation, so my sample was destroyed. When I followed up a new kit was sent immediately at no cost and without question (and with precompleted documentation).
