Missing items
Three quarters of my order where missing. There is no proper customer service to even let them know. The only option is to attach a message to the order itself.

DO NOT USE! Placed an order but it did not arrive on time. Asked to cancel and get a refund. Finally got a response on VeganKind website from the supplier and was told to contact support email for VeganKind. Then they told me they had processed a refund and it would be in my account in a few days. That was a week ago and no refund. No response since from VeganKind. AVOID!

I have had the same experience as last reviewer.
Placed order 15 December. Confirmed via email and money taken. No further information given regarding delivery.
Contact is via email or chat function. No reply from either.

dishonest company
The owner of the company took money from investors and sold the company leaving poor investors in loss. They did all this with calculated planning in their mind. They took innocent people's money but they forgot Karam will take revenge back from them on behalf of all innocent people who put their life savings in this company with good intentions.
Most items need to be purchased in large portions
Unfortunately many of the product I would have been interested in purchasing are only available if purchased in large quantities. Not ideal especially when you are on a budget or if you want to TRY something and not have to buy an entire case at the risk of no liking it.

Well let's just say they used evri for my last order which got lost apparently will never shop here again a shame as I was a regular customer I spent over £70 and as of yet have had no refund and very bad communication not on will be going through my bank to get my money back

Sent dozens of emails, messages etc and it took over a month for them to respond saying it was a technical glitch!
Please dont part with your money as you will NOT receive your goods.

They didn't have the decency to tell me they were closing, but continued sending emails confirming the points I had to spend. Even replying to an individual email to confirm birthday points that they credited after closure that they knew could not be used.
But the website remained open for us "to look". Seriously? Why would we want to?
6th March they sent an email "we're back". However we have to register again.
I suspect that they realised how much it would cost them to honour their obligation to their customers who had collected all those points, and faked closure in order to avoid doing so.

I ordered the Lifestyle Box for 3 month Nov, December, January but only received 2x. Im still waiting for the January box and its 06 of February already...but no box.
I contacted customer service more than a week ago, NO REPLY!? I am a customer for years and this never happend to me before at this place.
Right now I am since 3 HOURS waiting for CS agent to answer the Chat, BUT NO REPLY SO FAR???

Absolute disgrace of a company! I invested some money on Seedrs as i believed in this company and the eco values they stood for but after reading how they treated their staff when they got bought out im utterly disgusted!!!! AND the staff were not allowed to donate any of the stock in the warehouse!!! its shocking that they can call themselves 'eco friendly' if they are prepared to waster all that food!!!! honestly im so angry but i can only write so much ...all im going to say is DO NOT order from them and teach them that being eco isnt about money!!!! Im certainly not going to order from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM VEGAN KIND. The little people who suppirted this start up company...that is still going have had their investment STOLEN. Im a little person who has dedicated my life to non profits and people and although Vegan Kind is still operating they stole my £1000. Please dont buy from them!
I do not recommend
This company does not live up to my ethical standards. I used to shop here regularly, but shareholders were recently ditched without the bat of an eyelid, losing their investments which helped start tvk, yet tvk is still operating and have not contacted shareholders. Prices are now too high and no longer compete with supermarkets who offer a good range of reasonably priced vegan produce. As far as I am aware tvk is no longer run by vegans. I do not recommend this company.

Love their subscription boxes. Recent issue (not TVK's fault!) and the lovely Jim sorted it out in no time at all.
