The product was just as it was advertised to be. The shipping was fast as well as the delivery. The engraving process was easy and the price was very reasonable. I really miss having this store in my city but I'm so glad that online is still an option.

I made an error when I first placed the order and frantically called customer service. The service rep was more than helpful and super sweet. I was very impressed and will be a return customer.

Things Remembered website is easy to use. The crystal vase I ordered was perfectly engraved and safely shipped. It arrived quickly and exceeded my expectations. I have ordered from them several times and trust them. I would not hesitate to order anything from them.

Quality is terrible, personalization was totally wrong and customer service hung up on me offering a 50% off to reorder their mistake. Do not order from these folks they could care less and cause huge headache to you! Order from a reputable business. Wish I would have read reviews prior to order as I would have never entrusted them with a very special order!

I ordered a personalized heart stone for my mother for Mother's day. I added 20 names of grandchildren out of a 21 name option. Unfortunately when it arrived one of the names was repeated. When contacting them (customer service) their only option was to repurchase at 50% off and not including postage. I will never purchase from this place again. ZERO STARS.

The heart gift for granddaughter was made to last. Her name on both sides of heart so personal. It looks beautiful. She will remember a grandmother's love.

My daughter bought me years back a beautiful snow globe with 2 white doves with a stairway to Heaven. The song played "Greensleeves" I wanted to know the lyrics to it because it was a nice tune. I was in shock and it made my daughter and sick to our stomach. It was about a lady prostitute with a broken heart. It made no sense and it had nothing to do with the snowglobe. I ended up breaking it to throw it away because to me as a Christian it's nothing to do with God. It wax an insult.

On other days and on February 5, I saw that the price of a music box was $69, but when I went to place an order on February 6 in the morning, I saw that the price had already been sharply raised by $90, why?

They created the perfect memorial engraved fame with my provided picture. My husband will now live on in my children's homes. Need to order again soon. Delivered in a timely fashion.

I have loved TR for years! Every year I would buy my children (now 22 and 15) a TR ornament for Christmas with their name and the year. My local TR closed so this year I purchased from TR online. I picked my ornament, the font, and the location (on the front of the ornament) for their name/year. When they came the ornaments were engraved on the BACK! I reached out the TR and submitted photos. They reviewed my photos and decided there was nothing wrong. They would not fix their mistake. A long time family tradition has ended.

This site is absolutely terrible. If you live anywhere outside the USA, DO NOT ORDER! They advertise they ship internationally but this is NOT TRUE. They will make you call your order in (I spent 2hrs doing this) and then they call you back the next day telling you it’s over $100 in shipping! Plus they had lost my main item I was buying! So my order wouldve only been $80 In the end but I’d still have to pay over $100 shipping! They offered absolutely NO compensations or solutions. Not even to replace the item they lost.
Do NOT put yourself through this. You will be highly disappointed.
They should change their site to only in the states and not international.
