I almost gave up the whole amazon…
I almost gave up the whole amazon business after my issues with suspended USA account which for some reason triggered the UK account too. So total : 2 suspended accounts + $ in goods(stock on the sea arriving to UK port) .
Laura from Thompson and Holt guided me what to do through few emails where I 1. Described situation 2. Laura prepared action plan 3. Few correction 4. I submitted appeal with action plan and 5. Let's go. Account fortunately unsuspended.
I would recommend Thompson and Holt for sure . I had tough situation and Laura helped me out of it.

Great service, very fast, professional and it worked
Great service and very fast. I was a little concerned about using such a service but having failed in my own appeal that I thought would be simple and turned out not to be I checked around online and kept coming back to T&H. I asked my accountants if they knew anyone (Avask are Amazon specialists) and they replied that they have other clients who had used T&H successfully. That was the final tick in the box I needed. Went ahead, not difficult to give them the info they needed. Document arrived quickly, nothing I would think of writing...apparently I can't write "Amazon corporate speak" :) Submitted it and account reinstatement notice came back a few hours later.

we exchanged several emails before submitting the final re-appeal to Amazon (my own first attempt was not acceptable), after their help my account was unbanned 2 minutes after submitting. Holly answered all my requests very promptly. Very recommended

Reached out to T&H two years ago, it took a long time becuase my case was complicated and Amazon told me they will no longer reply to any more appeals.
Holly still continued to help me and after several attempts I was reinstated.
