IP Suspension
James and his team knew their stuff, they knew exactly what part of Amazons policy I had broken and how to fix it. Although the process wasn't quick we were reinstated after 4 days. The letter they provided for the rights owner was superb, I wouldn't have know what to say to them as I was petrified of the original lawyers letter threatening court action. All is resolved now.

Good experience
Explain what happened: We sent all of the details via live chat to Simon. Simon went through everything and they decided that they could help. Everything that I sent through was sent to Lucy who then contacted me for a little more information. She always replied within about 8 hours, even though I had paid for the 24 hours service. The whole process took around 2 weeks to get me reinstated. Amazon were the ones that we were waiting for.
Positives: Fast replies, got me reinstated, was quite easy to use, nice customer service.
Negatives: Took a while to go through all of the details to start with, but I suppose they do need everything.

Steven was amazing. Really experienced and could tell he knew what he was talking about. He is quite direct, and when I tried to make a change he told me exactly why he advised against it which I liked. Appeal was done really well and to a good standard.

Holly was great at looking after me
Holly was great at looking after me. I found it really stressful being suspended from Amazon but Holly seemed to put me at ease a little. It took around 2 weeks in total for my account to be reinstated which was a little longer than I was wanting, but I can not fault Holly as she put so much work into helping us. Even after we have been reinstated, I have asked her a few questions and she always gets back to me. Thanks Holly.

I have heard about thompson and holt a…
I have heard about thompson and holt a number of times over the last few years but i am always skeptical about these so called experts. I found myself in the position where i didnt know which way to go. I thought i was at the end of the line with my account so i decided i have to give them a go. This is when i had my only issue with the company. After 24 hours i still hadnt received anything. I had to go onto chat again, and they advised to check my spam folder. Sure enough it was there. So after kicking off it was my own fault. The appeal looked good, but needed a couple of changes with some extra information, and 3 days later my account was reinstated. It did take a further 14 days for them to release my money but i got that in the end too.

Lucy was great
I was given Lucy as my case manager and she worked very hard to get the account reinstated. We had a lot of emails between us, and finally after 4 days we are back selling. Lucy was great and couldn't fault her one bit.

A very bad company to deal with
A very bad company to deal with. they assured they will help and gave me money back guarantee too. I paid £1000 Now they are ignoring my emails when the issue is not resolved. They are not helping at all. Please stay away from this company I don’t know how they got so many positive reviews. its not fair with a customer who trust in your words and now you are not interested to resolve the issue. I hate leaving bad review for anyone but I am helpless and tried my best to contact them for fixing the problem. Stay away stay away

Several of our accounts were suspended due to related account issues. Thankfully Thompson was able to write a appeal that explained the situation. Slow to respond at the start but it worked.

Amazing work from these people
Amazing work from these people. Went above and beyond what we paid them to do.
Our account was reinstated within days, but me being me I had a million questions. They answered everything, and gave me some amazing tips. Not signed up for their other service yet, but will hopefully do that soon.
