Thompson and Holt did a fantastic job…
Thompson and Holt did a fantastic job in getting our Amazon Seller Account reinstated. We were suspended for being associated with another seller account, we didn’t have another account which was frustrating. Laura at Thompson and Holt was able to gather enough information for us to be able to understand where the confusion was in the Amazon system and address it effectively in our appeal. Once we did that we were reinstated. I can't say enough good things about Thompson and Holt.

10 stars definitely use again
My Amazon business account was suspended because Amazon said I was selling counterfeit items, all my items are authentic. I suspected it was numerous competitors who had tried this before. Previously I had been successful by myself, this time I appealed 5 times and hit a dead end.
After speaking to Simon he said we should escalate the appeal. I did not know this process and decided to use Thompson and Holt. Holly wrote the appeal and told me how to submit the appeal, I didn’t even know you could send it to this address. The good news was we got a response within 3 hours and a real person was dealing with the appeal from Amazon. What a result! The next day my account was deactivated.

Professional help
Verry good and fast communication. You get assigned an account manager that will assist you until reinstated. They can handle standard suspensions and will get you reinstated in most cases. Don’t expect miracles, Amazon has a (weird) set of rules, plus some stupid algoritms that will give anyone a lot of trouble.

Finally got my money back
It took a long time but l we worked it out and my Amazon account was reinstated after being suspended for selling inauthentic items. I didn’t have an invoice and we were reinstated after 2 weeks of anxiety attacks. Amazon released the $7,000😃

Firstly they are very responsive until they receive your £700 then expect bot responses until you are given a name. The rep i was given was extremely slow to respond to the info i supplied, what you get is a request to send all your information for appeal that you have or have not sent to Amazon. What you receive is a poorly written scaled down version of what you supplied them written but someone on Fiverr. In my case after speaking to seller support i advised them of key points to put in the appeal. They ignored this, in fact they stopped representing because they do not know how to appeal anything other than basic ASIN level deactivations.
I would advise all to not use this company, i have called my bank and Trading standards. I have been given a case number and treating this very seriously.
Finally check by calling them, their UK number doesn't work!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Worst company I've ever dealt with
Worst company I've ever dealt with. Says they have a 100% success rate, which makes no sense cause you'll see obviously they failed with my case and many others. The appeals they sent me had typos and looked just like the ones you'll find off the internet. After almost 10 appeals, I decided to go elsewhere, paid this person a group recommended $200 and boom that one appeal did it, but T&H went 0/10 with theirs... GARBAGE. Their service might work for easy suspensions or help with ASINs, but for more serious suspensions with a lot on the line go elsewhere, trust me when I tell you I told you so. Biggest waste of $700 and I've wasted a lot of money on stupid things...

If you are looking for help with a related account issue, then go straight to Holly. I had been trying to sort out my issues for months, and now I can see I simply made the issue bigger and bigger. Holly worked really hard, and explained how we needed to unravel everything. We managed to get one account open within about a week and everything sorted fully within 2 weeks.

Excellent service! I reached out regarding a product listing violation and they were able to help with the issue right away. I tried submitting 3 appeals on my own but all of them were rejected. After sending Amazon the appeal Thompson and Holt wrote, Amazon approved the appeal within a matter of minutes. 5 Stars for service and experience!

The best choice I made was to hire Thompson and Holt to help with my multiple account suspension. I tried other appeal consultants who wer unable to help and made the sitation worse. Within 1 hour Lucy knew what the issue was and we untangled the mess. The account was reinstated 6 days later. TY

I was really nervous
I was really nervous, I had lost all hope when Amazon sent their final response letter. My company was worthless without Amazon. I spoke to my accountant who advised me to speak to Thompson and Holt and I'm grateful that I did. They helped escalate suspension and 3 weeks later my account was reinstated. I have no idea what I would have done without their help.
