Shop Advisor - brilliant, Service Desk not so much
The advisor in the shop , Will, was patient, helpful and courteous. However the problem required referring to a central Three help/service desk who after about 50 minutes were unable to resolve the issue ( the App not showing my current allowances etc). However Will was able to establish that my spending g cap was still in place so, hopefully, my phone will continue to operate when I go abroad.
