The staff in particular Kelly were very helpful indeed. She tried to work out why the 5G hub was not connecting to my phone. After changing the sim she brought a new hub which did connect to my phone... Voir plus

Friendly and efficient service.
Chris provided a friendly service and was helpful with trying to solve our problem.
Also Chris managed to get us some money off our existing contract price.
He got to the point and was quick with sorting this out which was helpful.

Friendly, glad I popped into the 3 shop
Friendly, polite, knowledgeable staff member assisted with a new phone plan and general information about my phone and services available.
All questions were satisfactorily answered and good advice was given.
I now have a better plan and much more info about available services.
