The staff in particular Kelly were very helpful indeed. She tried to work out why the 5G hub was not connecting to my phone. After changing the sim she brought a new hub which did connect to my phone... Voir plus

I always go into the Grantham store to renew my contract and if Chris is there even better. He is so helpful and patient with us oldies who don’t get technology!

After a visit to the Apple Store in…
After a visit to the Apple Store in Leicester with a charging issue who were very un helpful and caused more issues with my IPhone. Ryan and Kerry in the Grantham store were able to sort out connection and WiFi issues and were able to establish it was all caused by the eSIM in the end! Thanks for all your help
