Came in for a replacement phone and was served by Aaron. Was very knowledgeable about the phone and affordability. I had a budget which he respected and he found me a suitable phone for a good price. Very happy with the experience I had and walked away with everything I needed and wanted.

I couldn’t recommend Pete at Three…
I couldn’t recommend Pete at Three highly enough. He spent a considerable amount of time with me, patiently talking me through all of the different options available and answering every question I had. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.
What particularly stood out was how helpful and considerate he was when it came to my elderly parents. He took the time to sit with me and explain the options that would suit them too, and reassured me that when they come into the store, he will personally help them set up their new phones and transfer everything across from their old ones.
Pete genuinely could not have done more to help. His patience, knowledge and customer service were exceptional, and it was lovely to deal with someone who was willing to take so much time to make sure we understood everything and were happy with our choices.
A huge thank you to Pete — he is an absolute credit to Three.
