I visited the Widnes store today due to losing my iPhone. Sue was outstanding and went above and beyond helping me get connected to the world again! Lovely staff member who was happy to help
I came in to talk about phones because my contract was ending and I wanted to get a better idea of prices and contracts. I spoke to someone called Sue and she was really friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and told me about plenty of options. I didn’t buy anything or sign up to any contracts today but have left with a couple of names of phones to look into and see what I like the best. I didn’t feel pressured into getting anything which I really appreciated
