Superb Customer Service
We had spent numerous days and hours speaking with the Three customer service team on the phone not getting anything done and becoming increasingly frustrated so we decided to make the trip to the Three store in Widnes . Wow ! Talk about a completely different view of Three customer service . We where greeted by Ste who was a breath of fresh air as they say - he was chatty and really friendly and he fully understood the issues we faced and assured us one way or another he would sort it for us which he did .We are so happy the issue with the Simm is all sorted - not only did it mean we didn’t need to buy another Simm but it meant our iPad was all connected as we left the shop . We can’t thank Ste enough for his help and time - he is everything Threes customer service should be - maybe he needs to go and train their telephone support - they need it !!! Thanks Ste really appreciate your help !!!! Paul and Louise

Top service from Ste and Chris at Three!
Just joined Three for mobile and broadband today and have to say, Ste and Chris were absolutely spot on. Friendly, genuine lads who made everything simple and stress-free. They explained all the options clearly, no pushy sales talk, just proper customer service. Walked out with everything set up and ready to go. Cheers lads — a credit to Three!
