I wanted a new flip helmet, but on a budget,, I found the MT at an amazing price with this company,, I was kept upto date of what was happening,,, sadly it went missing with royal mail,, this company offered refund or replacement and that was even before the time scale something is deemed as lost,,, I still needed a helmet so asked for a replacement, it arrived next day,,, wow, awesome product, just as i expected,,, i would really recommend this company, and will deffo use them again... 110% happy chappy here,,, thank you andy & jamie....... andy reay 👍

Ordered a pair of Macna headed trousers to complete the whole heated body experience, once dispatched they arrived on the Sunday after 👍 they were the cheapest in the UK, good communication via email, so I did a bit of research looks like they are part of Moto Central Ltd, I've had dealings with these before a Shoei fitting service and I really can't fault these guys, top review from me and hope to do more business with them.

I ordered a Christmas present for my other half and unfortunately royal mail lost it. The team at throttle chimp jumped on it straight away keeping in contact at all time. Unfortunately I couldn't get a replacement as this was the last one available in the size I needed, a little disappointed my other half isn't getting the Christmas present but absolutely over the moon with customer service at throttle chimp, they gave a full refund quickly, communication was outstanding, the team were very helpful and I will 100% be heading back over for anything I need.
