Was looking for a biltwell Gringo helmet on ebay when i came across these guys who had the helmet in the colour i wanted, they kept me informed from the moment the purchase was with the couriers
and it arrived at the time they specified which was pretty dam good as i live in the Channel Islands and our boat and airlines are crap at the best of times!.
Lovely helmet too, chuffed to bits with my purchase.
Will definitely be buying again from them.

The product I ordered (Richa Vapour boots, size UK 13) were competitively priced with free shipping. Arrived promptly and suitably packaged.

I ordered a open face Bell 500 custom helmet, on receipt of order the helmet was too small. On contacting ThrottleChimp they were on the ball by giving me a paid return postage label and an exchange without any fuss. Ordered Tcx boots from their Ebay site , straight away they messaged me to make my experience easy and reassuring. The boots came quick and well packaged. I've had Tcx boots previously and worn them out doing thousands of miles on my lambretta so know the brand are quality. Will definitely use Throttle Chimp again .

I bought 2 cheek pads for my HJC helmet that were sent incorrectly (2 pads for the right side). As I really wanted the correct pads, I contacted the company via WhatsApp, which responded immediately and even advised me on the part. We concluded that the product I had ordered had been wrong, and that the company did not have the part I wanted. They were certainly very attentive, and they saved me from losing money. In the end they gave the refund and even recommended ways to get the correct part.
