Recently placed an order with these guys and I clearly made a mistake on my side ordering the wrong size helmet, I immediately messaged on the support but I knew they were closed already at this point, I was then worried they may send this first thing Monday and lead to having send it back causing a length delay. I then out of surprise got a reply for a staff member called Jamie explain they were closed but he would get it resolved for me first thing.
