Good all round integrated Solidor dedicated service. Well automated and easy online service with fast access on the phone to support when needed. Was concerned that installation was being done by a separate company (Martindales) but very pleased to find out during the scheduling process the both companies are owned by GFD Homes - so all in the family. No hesitation in recommending.

Got delivered all good
Fitted door and 2 side windows only to find out they hadn't given me enough door and window cills leaving me 100mm short.So had to go out and find another cill which cost me £20
Then had ordered 5 keys and only got 3 keys not happy

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about the issues you experienced.
When you first raised the problem with the incorrect length of cill, we asked if you could send an invoice for the one you had to purchase elsewhere so we can review this and resolve it for you. We haven’t received this yet, so please could you forward it over as soon as possible and we’ll look into it straight away.
In regards to the keys, our manufacturer supplies cylinders with 3 keys as standard. However, we do offer additional keys by arranging for them to be sent directly from our supplier, Brisant. The extra keys have now been ordered and should have been delivered to you yesterday.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and delay, and thank you for your patience while we sort this out.

Installed Feb 2023 and after three years with two door sets installed, I’m as pleased now as I was then.
From my recollection,survey,price and install were all carried out without problem and a trim mismatch was swiftly dealt with. Both doors were from solidor and are south facing. After three years they’re perfectly ok and still look really pleasing to the eye.
Very pleased I went for these products and the company. Recommended.

Brilliant-Efficient-Reliable
The website is easy to use. I chose the door I wanted and the very reasonable cost was shown immediately. Next day I placed my order. Three days later the surveyor came to measure up.
I had bought a catflap to be fitted and spoke with the customer services team about this. They were very helpful.
Communication with this company is so efficient they are amazing. Emails clearly explained when payment was due and nothing was overlooked.
Three weeks after ordering my new backdoor with catflap, it was fitted by two excellent lads. They did a great job.
I now have a draught proof door. It looks great. I highly recommend Timber Composite Doors.com.
I am so impressed by their service, that I shall be ordering a new front door from them next year.
