Great service and communication. Delivery was prompt and professional. Right from the start when I first bought the bed everything went well from order to delivery. Bed was well packaged. When I had an issue with a split drawer I contacted them and they immediately responded and arranged to replace it. Great company, great bed, really good communications.

Thank you for my purchase. The bed is lovely and exactly as described. There was a small issue at first, but the customer service team handled it quickly and efficiently. Everything is now sorted and I’m very happy with the overall experience.

Started off with a bit of a mix up with the wrong headboard box being delivered. But I contacted the company and delt with a lady called Rebecca very helpful and and sorted the problem within 2 days I had the replacement. Good quality bed great value for money. Would highly recommend this company.

I will say the service was true to its word , we ordered our bed but it was out of stock and said it would be 4 weeks roughly to be back in, true to there word it was in in 4 weeks and delivered the very following day. I was nervous on what the quality might be like of the bed as I was ordering online and not seen it in person and I must say the quality is really good and solid, the head boards got some weight to it also

Good purchase overall, However the centre support is rather flimsy and should be much better quality, within 5 minutes of getting into bed the centre support had slipped from under the bed and snapped had to reinforce and made better feet for extra support.

The sleigh bed we bought couldnt be more perfect. It arrived well packaged, even with damage to the outer box the items inside were well protected that there was no damage to these.

The bed was easy enough to put together with 2 of us. You would struggle on your own.
