The beds were as described. There was a problem with one of the legs and a new one was despatched quickly. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall very pleased.

Wonderful company
Wonderful company. Really helpful pleasant staff. From the customer service team to the delivery drivers everyone was so helpful and courteous. My second purchase from them. This time I had an issue with the bed I’d bought during assembly but called customer service who were happy to help. I arranged pick up and was refunded no problem. Completely hassle free. I would definitely shop there again.

After having a problem with the delivery company damaging something time4sleep were very good at resolving it listened to what I told them were quick to reply the ladies were very sorry the problem had occurred and were very helpful the bed was easy to put together lovely quality would definitely recommend this company in Yorkshire.

Great bed, great service, great communication
Great service and communication. Delivery was prompt and professional. Right from the start when I first bought the bed everything went well from order to delivery. Bed was well packaged. When I had an issue with a split drawer I contacted them and they immediately responded and arranged to replace it. Great company, great bed, really good communications.

Beautiful bed
Thank you for my purchase. The bed is lovely and exactly as described. There was a small issue at first, but the customer service team handled it quickly and efficiently. Everything is now sorted and I’m very happy with the overall experience.

New beds
Started off with a bit of a mix up with the wrong headboard box being delivered. But I contacted the company and delt with a lady called Rebecca very helpful and and sorted the problem within 2 days I had the replacement. Good quality bed great value for money. Would highly recommend this company.
