Time 4 Sleep Avis 

Absolutely LOVE my bed frame. I spoke to someone on the web assistance chat about the TV size as it was a bit bigger than the suggested specs. She advised me and told me about her bed / what she used. I think it’s a really good advertisement when your staff invest and pick the product they’re selling! But yes fab bed and nearly a year down the line it was my favourite purchase when moving home.

The bed is beautiful, great quality and exceptional price. Delivery was excellent

One nut inside a leg clearly too small for the screw.

I have no faith these will stack safely or last longer than a few months.

Oh and a missing split lock washer but one too many of the other type. Love spending my evenings dealing with people who cannot be bothered.

Cheap, no quality control. Avoid.

Beautiful bed - great quality and fab value.

Very quick response to an issue raised concerning delivery. Staff were extremely helpful and supportive promising to follow up the issue with the delivery firm. I only wanted to bring it to Time4Sleep’s notice but was reimbursed for delivery which was unexpected but confirmed this is a great company with traditional values that genuinely puts its customers at the heart of what they do.

Amazing quality bed, easy to assemble and delivery was great. I’m a single mum they took it all upstairs for me. I tried this company before ordering more beds as I’m replacing everything after a fire now I’ll get the rest from here 100%.

Excellent service on time. And delivery drive was so helpful he helped me to take the bed frame to my bedroom.Quality of frame is so solid and looks very luxurious.

I haven't opened the bed yet as waiting to finish decorating, however , the delivery turnaround time was really quick and very good delivery drivers who call before to let you know how long they will be and you get an email the day before with slot . I see the bed on a major retail site for £150 dearer and not in the sale , so always check the supplier site like I did and the price and service was excellent .

Great experience, customer service and item! I originally ordered the wrong item, which was completely my fault, as the item was named similarly to the one I wanted. They resolved this for me straight away, which I was so thankful for. The email updates for delivery were great, the delivery company were amazing, and the finished item is beautiful. I cannot recommend them enough, thank you guys!

After a terrible experience with a competitor company (Happy Beds), this company was the breath of fresh air that I needed. If you're looking for a bed online, I cannot state enough, go with Time 4 sleep!!

Great communication all the way through. Arranging a suitable delivery date which was adhered to. The dressing table is of high end quality for a flat pack piece of furniture. The price was unbeatable too, I would highly recommend.

The bed is well built and was easy to construct.

Ottoman bed is of excellent quality and was relatively simple to setup.

The bed is lovely but i have to agree with all the other reviews… it’s like the person writing the instructions gave up half way through and working out how to fit the lifting mechanism correctly took us hours. We did manage in the end but if you are planning to put this together without help it would be impossible. The manufacturers should invest in making better instructions in order to keep their customers happy.

The king size rattan bed was good quality, solid, well made and matched the photos. Simple to set up myself but better to have two people. Delivery was smooth and straight to the bedroom. I could choose the delivery date I wanted which was helpful as I was planning a house move. Overall very satisfied.
