Quality Bed
The king size rattan bed was good quality, solid, well made and matched the photos. Simple to set up myself but better to have two people. Delivery was smooth and straight to the bedroom. I could choose the delivery date I wanted which was helpful as I was planning a house move. Overall very satisfied.

Total satisfaction in every way
The service is fantastic, quality is of a high standard the staff are most helpfulĺ we encountered a couple of small problems with one of the hinges but it has been resolved and we are awaiting a replacement, they have kept us informed of its delivery status so i can say the after sales service is superb so i highly recomend this company and will not hesitate to deal again in the future

Quality product, terrible information.
Nowhere on the website does it state that the customer is responsible for putting the bed together, generally when you buy flat pack furniture there is some kind of “assembly required” note. Nothing prepared me for the delivery guys just dumping everything and leaving (even though my delivery information said that they would remove packaging!). So yeah. A bit of warning would have helped. The instructions for putting the bed together are abysmal; pictures that are so ambiguous that it is only when you realize yourself how things are going to fit together that you can. Go back and correct which way round things go, so it takes about 3 times as long to put together as it should. Now that it’s together, I’m happy with it. But honestly a little warning would have made for a 5 star experience instead of the 3 I’m giving.

We are sorry you felt it wasn't clear that your bed frame was going to arrive flat packed, we do aim to be as clear as possible on our site, we have an assembly page that states all bed frames are flat packed for self assembly as well as mentioning this in multiple other places on the site. We are also sorry that you were under the impression the delivery company would remove the packaging, this is not a service we offer and it doesn't state this in any of our communication. However, if you could please send us any screenshots to show it stating this in the delivery companies communication to hello@time4sleep.co.uk we can of course get this looked into and addressed.

Lovely friendly delivery people.Some of the headboard was damaged reported it to customer service and they were very efficient in dealing with the issue.Parents are very happy with their bed purchase best bed by far.

Good customer support.
There were a few minor issues with some elements but fortunately they did not spoil the look of this lovely bed. When customer support was contacted about the issues they responded promptly and offered replacements or a discount so all in all I am very happy with this purchase.

Really impressed with this ottoman bed
Really impressed with this ottoman bed. The storage space is generous and easy to access, and the frame feels sturdy. Assembly took a bit of time, but the finished result is solid and looks great in the room.
