Good products, but customer support is terrible. Received Leg Extension / Curl machine with the wrong Hardware Pack to assemble the machine. Titan does not hold stock of the Hardware Packs to remedy the problem. Needs to be requested from where they have the products made. In addition, one of the powder coated parts had rust leaking through. 3 weeks later and still do not have Hardware pack to assemble the machine.

I ordered a rack with route protection, paying an additional $14.58. Unfortunately, the item was packaged so poorly that it came apart during shipping, and I’m now missing a rubber foot, making it unusable.

Trying to get this small replacement part has been an endless and frustrating process, with no meaningful response. I can’t understand why such a simple issue hasn’t been resolved.

I had planned to order additional large items after clearing out a room in my home, but this experience has changed that. They’ve lost my business.

Worst kettlebell I have seen. I purchased it online and had an obvious default in the handle. They refused to communicate, refused to act, refused to refund or replace. Avoid this company, there are multiple other options.

I ordered the TITAN Series Adjustable FID Bench. Came in good time, had a small bend on one the corners that bolt to the feet of the bench but it went together alright. Assemble was simple, and put together it feels solid. My only complaint is that every time I lift one end to move the bench, when I set it down, a small pile of rust falls out of the bottom of the main frame vent holes. Just FYI, to anyone who buys one.

Every time I’ve ordered something from Titan, the process, product, and experience is exemplary. My recent purchase was the weight stackable leg extension/curl machine, which I reviewed extensively prior to purchasing due to price. The website, shipping, arrival was very fast. The assembly took a few hours. The machine is top tier quality, turning my leg day workouts into an enjoyable, productive workout session that completely destroys the fibers in my quads and hamstrings. I’m 5’11”, 185lbs, works out 7 days a week and my only worry was (other than price) running out of weights on this machine which I haven’t done yet. I’ve got a weight pin ready to go when I get there, however so far I’ve not needed it. I’m completely satisfied with this machine and the ability to “superset” my legs with minimal effort. The feel, stretch, and camber is that or better of machines used in commercial gyms. If you can afford it, I definitely recommend.

Bought titan safety bar. Paid $400 for it. The center padding is off center. And the black coating little chipped off on first squat session. Can’t leave a review on their site. Tried to use their chat system and was left on read. No one replied. DO NOT BUY FROM TITAN. awful company.

Great experience with Titan Fitness. This was my 3rd purchase with them and they’ve never let me down. Quality is great, price is very competitive, and their customer service is excellent.

Had a small issue with a local delivery company losing one of my packages. Titan Fitness reached out to them and confirmed the issue, and they quickly got me a replacement shipped out. I’ll continue to be a loyal customer with them.

Terrible customer service and cheap made in China products.

I've received prompt, effective customer service (most recently from Rica) when asking questions about a product, delivery schedules, and product use. I now own the Rackable Hex Trap Bar (and collars), the Landmine Stand, Mini Bar Jacks (indispensable, now), and the Silencer Drop Pad Set (arriving next week.)

I bought a dumbbell rack new from Titan. It came with a ton of scratches and dents already. I reached out to customer service and they basically told me it’s usable so get over it. Titan has no quality control and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Save your money and buy from a reputable company like Rep or Rogue

Really excited about their flat bench, but my enthusiasm ended when the box arrived broken on both ends, bench components sticking out and scratches in the metal down to the steel. Really poor packaging. Shocking that there was not more to it. And to add insult to injury, the only option I had was to receive half my payment back. No replacement no return was offered. This has to be a bucket shop for fitness equipment.

GREAT! Super impressed with the swift response time of Josh and turn around time with the process. I tried to respond ASAP with his requests and he was very quick to respond as well with the information needed to create Titan as a vendor with our district. Very professional! Although it was a small order, I am always hopeful that these individuals are on some type of commission for the service and sales provided! Very happy and will be sure to look back to Titan for future purchases because of the Customer support and positive experience.

If I could give them zero stars I would. It takes an hour for customer service reps to answer phone. My package came today and the delivery guy said he has to leave my package outside on the street because they cant bring packages into my home. Well if I had known that I would have ordered from someone else that delivers inside the home. If I pay for shipping I want my order delivered into my home. I asked the delivery guy to wait until I got a rep on the phone so that I could make sure it was ok to refuse the shipment so I could purchase the machine from another vendor. Well it took them an hour to answer the phone and the delivery man could not wait. They want me to pay for the return shipment which will cost almost the same amount as the equipment itself. Of course Titian knows that!! I'm super pissed and will never purchase for this establishment again.

Abb ad adductor machine. Years ago the quality was subpar. However the quality of the last few products have been on par with Rogue. I will continue to to purchase their equipment for my gym.

This company has terrible customer service. They will not answer calls and respond 3 days later to emails. If you want to avoid headaches and not have to track down the equipment you ordered and payed for ahead of time with your hard earned money stay away buy elsewhere.
