ToiletSpares.co.uk Avis

The part I’d ordered arrived quickly and seems to be of good quality.

I contacted them because I (as a complete novice) was having trouble fitting it. They replied quickly, very kindly confirming that it was the right part and walking me clearly through the adjustment I needed to make to fit it.

Easy to find what we wanted. Good price. Delivered the part swiftly. It was the correct part and the problem was fixed. Perfect thank you.

Ordered the part and arrived quickly would not hesitate to order again.

Really usefully

I received excellent and practical advice and a very rapid response

I have given you 4 stars because the way you parcelled up the spare part meant it burst open and a piece of it got lost!! I have had to employ the missing piece from the old cistern.
Never mind, because I am very impressed with your prices!

Very quick delivery. Identical parts as per order. Easy to install and complete job

Great service, identified the valve I needed for me. Steve emailed me back that night with the product I needed and extra information regards conversion kits. Parts delivered really quick.

Recommend without reservation 👌

I was looking for a European-brand cistern part, and a well-known national plumbing merchant directed me to ToiletSpares - I’m glad they did! The items were competitively priced, delivered on time, and well packaged. The customer service was exceptional, even offering a video call to discuss the products and provide installation advice. I’ll happily recommend ToiletSpares and will definitely use them again in the future.

Would I use them again? Absolutely.
Toiletspares did everything they said they would and met my expectations.

Good range of products at reasonable prices with quick delivery. Needed a new push button for my concealed toilet. They had the part in stock at a good price, ordered at 10am and shipped same day via Royal Mail 48. Will definitely use again.

Good communication and advice. A tad expensive on delivery for such tiny items but the products resolved the issue. So, I’d definitely recommend them and will use again. Thanks

Came to my rescue when OEM did not replenish stock item and left inventory only on back order for months!

Highly recommend, lovely people and excellent customer service, identifying the parts I required from photos, even giving guidance on how to install, will recommend to others and use again.
