Top notch service
Ordered sample floor tile on Sunday, received Tuesday morning, very well packed to avoid breakage, all for the cost of the tile, no postage. Excellent service, will definitely use this firm for all future tiling needs.

Delighted with tiles

Tiles look nothing like the picture on website
Tiles look nothing like the colour in the pictures on the website... make sure you order a sample tile first!
If you have to send anything back, they refuse to offer any assistance in how to return a whole pallet of tiles :-(

Really quick despatch (within two days from ordering during lock down!). Very well packaged. Lovely choice of tiles. I think they are competitively priced too. ToT Strikes as a professional outfit.

Very pleased with sample tiles but…
Very pleased with sample tiles but there was a huge amount of packing for a tiny amount of tiling, most of which is not recyclable.

Incomplete delivery of sample tiles
I ordered 4 different coloured sample tiles but received only 3. I rang to let them know and they sent out the order again. I unfortunately again received only 3 tiles so I will have to ring again and ask for the 4th tile. I can’t go ahead with my project until I have the 4th sample tile to see if the colour works. Not sure if it’s worth trying again or just going elsewhere!
