Tony’s Tackle was founded in Eastbourne in 1974 by Tony Kirrage, built on the belief that anglers deserve honest advice and tackle that genuinely works. Over the years, Tony established himself as a respected angler as well as a tackle dealer, competing at the highest levels of match fishing, representing England internationally, and working closely with leading manufacturers including Penn, Shimano, Daiwa and Greys. Bearings for a reel
I ordered bearings for a reel. Ordered on a Friday having been informed it was next day delivery, expected it on Monday. Had to send a couple of emails to chase it up. However I did get an apology and the bearings were all good. Will be using the company again.

I have used several online tackle shops but I have to say Tony’s is the best customer service I have received Tony himself contacted regarding a delay and couldn’t apologise enough I have since contacted him with other purchases I have in mind and it seems to he only happy to help.I would recommend this shop to anyone with no hesitation it’s a same there aren’t more like him glad I found him

Great communication and fast shipping! But, I was not aware of or advised of the added fee, don't know if imposed by UK or US, it should be declared before the transaction. Also, a small issue with the reel that I will have to deal with as I'm not about to go back into the hassle of international shipping. Order took 2 weeks to arrive.
