The tale of a satisfied customer.
I recently bought two Festool items from Tool Exchange and made a considerable saving on what we're new products without their original packing. The first arrived complete the day after is was ordered. Great! The second was purchased after a helpful heads up, "this has just come in". However, it arrived with one part duplicated and another part missing. Not good. However, one phone call later and a chat to a helpful guy called Mike had the missing and correct part on its way to me. So now I'm a very happy and satisfied customer, who the next time I need a major workshop item will contact the Tool Exchange to see if they can supply what I need.
